Leos and confrontation

In my last post,I've mentioned and asked why would a Leo have trouble confronting the person that they don't want anything to do with them. In my situation, I have a friend that later turned to interest that confronted he likes me and we've been doing back and forth and lately, he would barely respond or none at all. I've already gotten the hint that he lost interest, I get it. But I can still be friends unless he tells me otherwise. That's besides the point. Leos, what would be your reason for not telling someone to back off, how do you deal with confrontation from the person, or you would prefer to indirectly drop hints until they fade away? I guess as an Aries, I find it strange since I always tell people how it is with no problem.

One was not needed and would have dropped her glucose to low.

She came to me with a can of Glucerna to get it up, but didn't discuss it with the nurse.
I told her to talk to her about rechecking her levels before we all leave so we won't have a dead person in the morning.
She did it, they checked it and the levels were fine.
But ONLY due to the Leo giving the patient a can of Glucerna to help raise the levels.
The nurse still believes she did right by giving her too many insulin shots.

The nurse is a Crab married to a Leo. 😆

then maybe, but not when it's all still raw.

Concerning hurting the person's feelings, especially if it's someone you don't really care about or lost interest if they try and talk to you still? When I texted the Leo, it was in no way romantic, simply there for the friends I became attached to. Which is why I was pretty okay with it lol

speaking as a leo woman...I don't like confrontation ..simply because I'm not good at it ..in the sense that I will lose my s-hit and most likely burn a bridge. I have no problem confronting strangers though...but the people I like....can be difficult.

Well depends how you're approached and tone of voice depends the outcome. In no way will I try to pull the lion's tail 😛 let's say for example, a friend of yours confronts to you because he/she has concerns about the friendship like distance or something you have done or etc etc

I know its selfish but it's easier to avoid all the drama. If I know I won't run into that person again, I'll just disappear and avoid confrontation.

I can't find the words, but I'll try my best. Why wouldn't you do it while it's still raw? Isn't it just better than to continue on? What would make Leo's, in general, stop caring/being with friends with the person who is including you in their life if the person has done nothing wrong? I guess I got a bad egg.

I don't normally end a friendship unless a person doesn't seem interested or bring too much drama. I am confrontational, but have made and attempt to respond more often and not just react to a situation. Hit or miss on that. I don't consider a lot of people real friends, but when I do I have an iron grip and I will try until I see it is futile.

i don't like confrontation. i prefer to negotiate terms of agreement which means being fair, negotiating and working things out before they get to the point where you want to strangle or slap somebody.and the more someone means to me the harder i will work to avoid hurting their feelings, if i feel that i cannot do that, i will withdraw. if i cannot be reasonable and nice then it means i cannot take my feelings out of it. i will wait til i can be objective. if the friendship was real, in time i will seek to establish a connection again but i would need time to adjust to that. true it might look like i just don't care but i don't give up on people so easily. a quiet leo is usually a hurt or thoughtful leo who is trying to come to terms with something. maybe this leo is in retreat. maybe your friend cannot be objective right now. maybe the best thing you can do is give him some time and space. the trouble with being friends and then more is that someone usually gets hurt. so while you may be able to disconnect maybe he cannot do that so easily and withdrawing is his way of coping. or maybe not. but the thing is you cannot push a leo to do something they don't want to do. give them the freedom to come to you. in time maybe you will be friends again but for now i would let this go. whatever is going on with him doesn't sound like he wants to deal with this as much as you do. when he is ready he will be in touch again.

Wow! That really brought a lot of insight, truly...thank you. I just have a gut feeling that something happened after switching jobs, but he's prideful and wants to be seen as optimistic. The only thing I confronted him about was the disappearance and he apologized and that's about it. I would've like talk to him about without it to awkward. I guess it's a good idea and wait til he comes around? It would take awhile -__-
