Yeah I get impatient when it comes to goals. When I have my heart set on something, I'll eat breathe sleep it till I get it. I'll talk about it non stop and think about it night and day.
I'll actively and shamelessly go for my goal, no matter how challenging or seemingly impossible it is.
^^^ This.
I don't mind working hard to achieve a goal (even though I would prefer a slam dunk).
The hard part is if my hard work and efforts don't pay off. That's the part that is hard for this lion to digest.

Now were getting somewhere! Why is that?
What would make you trust the process, even if things don't pay off right away?
I have a leo guy who has BIG dreams. They are wondrous, yet attainable with lots of effort/work,
but if he fails the first time he sets out for it, its seems like he gives up on it completely.
Goals?
😕
I trust the process because life has shown me that, for the most part, hard work does and will pay off. However, I've also had to learn that some things are just not within my reach and I need to accept that without being self-defeatist.
Your Leo sounds young and has not had enough life experience to teach him the things that are or are not attainable. Am I right?

Young…not really, just sort of immature.
He's had plenty life experiences, he's actually had it kind of rough.
He wants things to "come easily" (his words).

If he's had to struggle a lot in life, maybe he's just tired of hitting roadblocks all the time?

Hey Leos, whats your approach to achieving your goals?
It sounds like you guys just look for a "slam-dunk" solution, rather than taking baby steps.
Is that true? Does it work for you?
