What sign are you?
In my experience, Leos are cool, I used to be a better snowboarder than my Leo friend, a better hockey player, but he would suck it up, he'd train as hard as he could, and do his best. From time to time he'd congratulate me. You could tell he was really sincere, because we were good friends, but there was also a slight deception. But that's the good thing about Leos, they accept "defeat" and try again. Nowadays, like 15 years after these "events", he's a kickaz kiteboarder, I saw a pic of him the other day where he's like 80 feet above the water...and I gotta say, I'm a bit jealous. But I'm happy for him, deep down I'm like, you deserve it. You're a good person, ya know?...

I've been wondering about this exact thing the past few days. I never realized that the Leo I'm into is being the center of attention, actually I feel that he's not at all, which makes me wonder if he's not being himself around me or is it just his character.. cause what I read online is much different.

Yeah, I think they're perfect people. There's something about sun signs...they say their only fault is to be conceited...kind of...almost. They never really fall into ridicule, and their conceit is debatable. I think they're just awesome.
And Sag's, you guy are great together.

Dear leos,
I keep coming across these descriptions of a leo man which state that in a relationship, he should always be the protagonist, at the center of the stage, right in the spotlight. For them to feel satisfied and content in a relationship, can their partner only ever take on a supporting role? Granted, we are dealing with His Imperial Majesty here, but I wonder, is this how it really is?
I ask this because I notice leos in my life respecting and even admiring aloud my independent and ambitious side. I have great respect for my leo partner, but also big plans for my own future. Our interests in this sense overlap, meaning it might become a competitive situation for us. I don't care or mind one bit, I don't feel a need to compete, I just do my own thing. But I wonder how he would react if I go full out. I wouldn't want him to feel like I'm stealing his thunder. He encourages me a lot, but I can't help but to wonder after reading about this from so many sources. Can a leo man end up feeling they are being out performed by a partner? Not saying that it would necessarily come to that, or that success in our shared interest can even be measured, just thinking about the scenario and reactions here.
Your thoughts on this would be much appreciated π

I totally agree about them being perfect. Everyone of course has their flaws and issues, but with leos, the positive sides really overcome the negatives. There's such authenticity in everything they say and do. Something so real about them, they have the kind of "lost qualities" that are harder and harder to find in people. They are conceited, but they seem to be very humorous about it. I like to poke them about it, all in good humor ofc, and they don't seem to mind π Humor is something I love about leos, it's so easy to snap them out of their anger or blues with some shared laughs.
Thanks for the sweet comment about sags and leos! π I feel like I need that sun and fire to be the best version of me.click to expand

Agree with everything you said. Lately i've been thinking theyre probably divine....eternal...or smth...would that make Aquarius imperfect? Im really not sure...
Hey Sag's are great too! They have the fire, the passion, theyre so fun. But i understand your want for leo. I found mine (im an aries) and although she was too young, a bit out of shape, etc...i never looked back. A leo is...well a leo, you just have to seize your chance _βclick to expand

Us Leo's like to shine BUT I love my partner to shine also. The better she does then the better WE do as a whole. I would do everything in my power to help my SO achieve her goals in life. Happy wife=happy life

Hey... if you look good; WE look good. π
I can't (wont') pretend to feel in a way that I don't--
I imagine our male counterparts are similar, if not the same.
So... if everything is fine now-- don't look for something
that doesn't exist to suddenly manifest.
We get a bad rap on the astro sites-- it's getting old.

I think we're all leos then because we're all divine. In everyone, I always see a great quality. ??_3
Everyone is just so beautiful and unique..
I love the energy you two give off, and I appreciate all of this appreciation so much, I just fell in love with life even more.
*hugs*

The thing is, you don't share the stage with a leo man. You become his stage he performs for, he in turn is your entertainer for your enjoyment.
I simply have a loud presence and Leo's like that my presence is funny, carefree and captivating (I sound so egotistical) but it's true, I can engage with Leo's for hours on life and everything else.
Every leo man wants a woman he can show off for. Don't fight for the stage, give it to him and the stage is yours.

sags don't take, we share and give through embarking on making experiences with leos, they are afterall a lover of adventures as much as sags. That's sharing the stage to me. It's a constant exploration with eachother and the world is the stage.

The best possible scenario for a Leo is finding a partner that is equally adventurous and ambitious. A partner willing to make a stage all their own, and to perform together on.click to expand

share the stage yes, make him center stage all the time no. he has to share or he won't appreciate you. be good to your leo guy but don't give him all of your attention all the time. let him know he matters but you have a life too. do what you have to do. he can get spoiled too easily. and he might also get smothered too and lose interest. leos need to respect their mate and someone who keeps us accountable is someone who stands up to us as well as behind us.
if your leo wants to be dramatic, that's fine sometimes. but don't let him always get his way as if he is someone special and you are not. expect him to treat you as an equal. he has to be fair. that's a lion's lesson. true leos are dramatic. we have creative flair and we need an outlet. we are usually high energy til we need to recharge and when that happens we just want to curl up and relax. and then there are times we need to nurture. so when you want to be the center of attention, you can let him know it. a confident leo will love that his partner knows what she wants and needs and asks for it so he doesn't have to guess. he also likes to know that he can make her feel special the same way she does to him. and he can share the stage, wants to share the stage because with someone in his life who can do that, the possibilities are limitless. adventure is what leos like. do you know a lion who doesn't?
