Are Libras awkward when it comes to having a crush?

I first met this particular Libra on campus through a mutual group of friends. I never noticed him until i noticed he would often stare at me. It was like he was observing me studying my every mood. When i ever i stared back he would fall aloof. He would try to initiate a conversation, but before getting any words out he would leave. He also has a lot of friends and is very talkative. He's not an awkward person at all and can strike up any conversation with anyone besides me. I thought maybe it was my Pisces sign that threw him off but Idk. I thought Libras were big flirts and could charm a woman's pants off. I thought they were the socialites of the zodiac. Maybe it's because he was born on the cusp of the virgo/libra. Idk.

As a Libra, we can be more awkward with crushes than normal people. We love socializing, but when it comes to showing emotions and personal stuff it's a lot harder. "he would often stare at me. It was like he was observing me studying my every mood. When i ever i stared back he would fall aloof." we don't like missing something in our surrounding, we observe everything we consider important, especially about friends, people we hate or like, but never to judge them, more to understand them. About being aloof when seen and not being able to initiate conversation...he may be immature when it comes to dating, socializing is natural, but courage takes practice at us. If you really like a Libra and it doesn't make the first step, make it yourself, initiate a conversation and he'll be able to continue in most cases.
