busy business libra man - how to get him

i love libra men, they are handsome and romantic. they are needy and fun at the same time. i like being in the relationship with them. but how to start one is the question.

i met one yesterday and he is super busy but very polite and sweet. i think he's a little lonely travelling allover the place.

he's leaving in two days. i don't mind being in a serious relationship with him even if he's not here all the time. i'm pretty independent and very trustworthy.

he said he was gonna call me to invite me to hang out with him last night. i didn't know if he meant to hang out today, tomorrow or saturday. so i thought what the heck! he's leaving in two days. i'll need to bond with him as much as i can before he leaves. so i'll take the initiative. not like i'm going to seduce him, just go spend time wtih hime.

i called him but now i wonder if i should have waited for him to call me and pursue me. i don't want to scare him away.

and if i did end up seeing him before he leaves, i think im gonna just be friendly but not sexual. any questions on how to get him to want to be in a relationship with me fast?
