Do Libras have racing thoughts often

and more specifically, when a libra is with a person of the opposite sex doing their one on one thing, what would it mean if they had racing thoughts and super chatty while being with that person.

there are various types of Libras. There are the chatty ones ad the quiet ones. The intellectual ones and the candyman ones. Those that are naive, and those that are cynical. Those that spout nonsense and those that don't. Those that wear their hearts on their sleeves, and those that keep it zipped up.

It depends if your libra has other influences. A very quiet libra would be a scorpionic influenced one. One that talks plenty would have gem influence.

But usually super chattiness detracts from romance.. so logically it doesn't work that way.

^^^^^lol...on the booze. I don't drink a lot, but when I do if i was in a bad mood before I started drinking that convo is not going to be pretty. If was in a good mood, then I can be a happy drunk. I would say it could be equivalent to Russian Roulette.

I remember my ex libra friend used to be this way. in other words, they are comfortable? a lot of venting happens when we chill.

My mind is always racing. As for what it means when I'm hanging out with someone and my mind is racing... depends where my mind raced to. Being chatty just means they're comfortable (or like others have said, under the influence). We are generally easy going people and can talk with anyone who doesn't annoy the hell out of us. It doesn't have to mean anything.
