Scorpios are intense. They will likely take advantage of the libra's overly accommodating demeanor. I've been with a scorpio romantically, and one of my very good friends is a scorpio. Not to mention, I'm scorpio in venus. I don't recommend any libras, leos, geminis, or aquarius folks get into a serious relationship with them. They're vindictive and selfish. I learned my lesson twice. The only relationship I would advise is a business relationship. They aren't bad people, but the vindictive aspect is enough for me to stay away.
Obviously, this is all based on my history and opinion where my history fails.
