What does fear feel like to you?

Just as the title says, Scorpios; what does fear feel like to you?

Like a panic attack. I can't breath. I can't move. I don't know what to do. My body goes cold and it would be better to just be dead.

Why do you feel you must know what to do?

Fear is not a scorpio thing.

But fear for me is something I dont want to happen To those people I love.

I'd rather have it cuz I know I am brave enough to handle it.

Fear for me in general is losing myself because I value the one I love most likely a lover.

Because in a threatening situation, it would be to my advantage to know what to do rather than do nothing. Doing nothing doesn't help the situation nor does it make me physically disappear from the situation.

Actually this fear only happened once when I was a child. I thought I lost my little sister somewhere and I being older was responsible for her.

I think fear for me manifests in anxiety. I hateeeeee it ugh. Physically it's the whole cold-numb thing.
