Funny Thing

A few days ago, I met this Libra dude and all he was interested in talking about for the most part, was astrology. It's like, before people even got to introduce themselves and tell them their names, he'd just go, "Wait, when your birthday?" And then when he'd find out he'd then go in to a long diatribe about their sun signs and their personalities. He asked me about 50 times the same day what my sign was even though I told him...but yeah. The thing that amuses me the most is that he's not the only Libra I've met who who was obsessed with astrology. I have met another Libra who HAS to (note: not wants to) read his horoscope out of the newspaper everyday. I have also met Virgos who are like that as well. It seems a bit excessive. Has anyone met anyone like this who is constantly bringing up astrology no matter what the circumstance.? Example...

(In a fast food restaurant)
Barbara: Can I get a order of fries and a coke?
Jim: I like astrology. When is your birthday?

um, yes. me.

but i would never trust a generic horoscope. astrodienst, sure. and freewillastrology is at least entertaining and has been eerily accurate on many occasions, but only if i read it after the fact. but yeah.

i totally ask people their signs way too early. i'm pretty good at guessing sags, at least the men. they are so obnoxious i want to stab them, that's how i know. scorps always seem generic and boring. virgos have a tendency to not bother me at all, not even a little bit. pisces i get the curious urge to have sex with. lol. fellow libras, i'll often think, wow he/she is so cool, then it's like 'omg, a libra, no wonder'
