Is this typical behavior for a libra male?

I am an Aquarius female and I like a Libra male.
From what I've researched from Libras, they want everyone to like them, are social, and like meeting new people. They also may seem conceited.
But my crush is different. I see him around campus(in college) and he's always by himself. He seems quiet and keeps to himself. He is athletic, but I don't think he brags about his athletic abilities.
He does have friends, but I feel that he can only be himself around friends and family.
I also don't think he likes to make the first move in talking to somebody, even if it's someone he isn't interested in.
Is his behavior typical libra behavior? Also, do libras hold grudges? And, how true is it that libras cheat?

Well the female Libra's usually make 1st moves! Were kinda aggressive! Most of the male Libra's I know also don't mind making the first move, however I did meet a Libra male that was... ummm... lets see BORING.. Never tried anything, NADA.. Sooo... Grudges? If I hold a grudge on someone it's because I have decided that he/she isn't worth a drop of my energy! Doesn't mean I hate them, it just mean I have no more tolerance for that particular person!

I know several Libras like you described, one of them is my fiance. I am the more outgoing social butterfly and while she has a lot of social grace she is more the let people approach her type. She is also a very athletically gifted but reserved and humble person.

He is not abnormal as far as libras go in my experience, he just isn't the common generalization either. If he is interested you will know immediately, even if he doesn't make the first move physically he will still be very engaging and charming and make you feel like you are the only one around when you are engaging one another.

No, it is not generally true for Libras to cheat, especially for Libras with some serious relationship experience. Cheating is the last way I would ever hurt my fiance as I see the sharing of our physical bodies as the symbol for what defines our commitment to each other.

All of the male Libras I know have a lot of self control in resisting sexual temptation....however I also believe that if there is a "way" to drive libras to cheat it is to make or allow them to feel as though their efforts are not appreciated or that they do not satisfy you sexually.

it's very common for libras to be socially passive. i'm that type. i'll be very friendly and open and such, but only if someone else seems to want me to be. otherwise, i just sit quietly and wait. bad habit, but pretty common.

he might not make a move if he's this type. he might just get a stupid grin on his face and tilt his head a bit. and that's all you'll get.

libras aren't extremely likely to cheat, but if they're in an unhappy relationship they might cheat with somebody who makes them feel good about themselves. usually the type who does this is the type who is trying to line up a new partner before leaving the old partner. it frequently blows up in their faces.

i briefly dated a libra male, who i knew was into me just because we had mutual friends and they told me but, he was so shy. he has tons of friends but somehow when it came to a girl he liked (me), it was hard for him to come up and talk to me. so, i approached him first in terms of making conversation but i let him be the one to ask for my number and initiate hanging out. he was/is a great guy, still friends but nothing really came of it since he moved halfway across the country.

i dated one and he was really boring. We dated ccasually for about a year before i got so bored i dreading answering the phone. We NEVER went out. He would talk about going out with his friends. but to me, someone who was serious about me, would after a point take me out too. in the year of very casual dating, nada... nothing. I would go see him. Never came by me. We would watch a movie or he would play his video game. That right there irritated that crap outta me because he KNEW i am a gamer and never wanted to play together. Well, as a gamer myself, i don't know how he would think that i would enjoy sitting there watching him play baseball of all games. BUt in the begining, he intigated most of the time, then i took hold cuz he was moving wayyyyy to slow. Conversations were pretty boring... sex was boring. He was hometown entertainment of sorts, but not really entertaining. But he was a nice guy.
