Libra experiences with Scorpio..how do you deal ?

I’m a libra (libra Virgo cusp) and I usually have friction with scorpios. They try to manipulate, dominate, control , and invalidate my experience. It’s super obvious and I end up embarrassing them when it gets too much. I have another Scorpio male that every time he ask me a question, he invalidates my response by changing the narrative entirely.

Im to the point where I have no problem embarrassing him because he’s lost all of my respect. I hate embarrassing people though because i get 2nd hand embarrassment even when I’m the cause. Has anyone else found a better solution to handing Scorpios ?

I pretty much stay away from them but my Dad is one and I have to deal with him, it's tough. The women are easier imho.

i like scorps. maybe because i am scorp dominant but i've found the men engaging and the women entertaining. i admire them for their loyalty.

my only advice for a better way to "handle" them is to perhaps change your reaction to them. i mean, invalidate your experience? do you need someone to validate your experience?

stop being so reactionary and you'll stop reacting.

I don’t need to be asked questions to have them negated. I view that as a waste of my time. So it’s best to ignore any questions they ask?

change the subject or give a short, indifferent response. ultimately you control how you feel. this person can only irritate you if you allow them to.

Well he's my Dad so I have to be respectful but sometimes I would like to tell him how it really, really tis; but he'd blow a damn gasket. They want to dominate everything and everybody.
