Libra Sun, Scorpio Moon, Capricorn Rising
As a Cap Sun (but with a Gemini rising, but on the cool side of Gemini, not the bubbly one), most of us aren't the most social creatures of the zodiac. I have a few close friends, but I have no issues being a lone wolf many times.
same placements. I like myself. I can turn my placements on and off like a switch whenever necessary.
What's the rest? We're kinda the same but probably opposite but the same lol. Weird stuff.
I'm actually social lmaooo. I'm bubbly af. I only feel like I have a cap rising cuz I have my father's face and he's a cap lmaoooo. God knew it.

You can access your Sun in some way.... But the moon and rising tell me that you more likely want and need a deeper connection than just be social with everyone.
You still can make it though. It's a decision actually to act on it.

His moon is most likely in the 10th house.
My ex and I are both Scorpio Moons, Cap rising. His Sun is in the 9th house, if he has a Libra stellium and a Scorpio stellium his 9, 10 or even his 11th could be heavy.

Ima tell you right now. Libra is NOT a sociable sign. Despite what astrologers say Libra is not a people pleaser. It's all misleading.If Libra rising (my rising) ain't, what makes anybody think Libra sun is?
A lot not all are sociable. My ex was the more quiet/boring guy, now he is all about everyone liking him and seeing him. LOL however, my girlfriends are a good balance and definitely have great people skills. They are very charming and likable.
Even the guy I'm dating has Libra rising he will charm the crap out of anyone.
That's your cap and scorpio moon. Won't change.

I'm trying to improve myself socially, because despite being a libra I'm not much of a people person...and I kinda want that to change. I just want to know how I am perceieved in the public. I know that the rising sign is supposed to be the "mask" but...I have a libra stellium and a scorpio stellium so I feel like eh..maybe it's not that simple.
Basically, I want to figure out what is it about my personality that makes it so hard for me to be social..and how I can be the best version of myself with these...signs. Yeah.
