have been on the "love is a losing game" train for a long time already 😛 I'm hoping that somewhere down the line I will get my heart back, maybe an Aquarius could help me with that?

This?
The Rose That Grew From Concrete
Did you hear about the rose that grew
from a crack in the concrete?
Proving nature's law is wrong it
learned to walk with out having feet.
Funny it seems, but by keeping it's dreams,
it learned to breathe fresh air.
Long live the rose that grew from concrete
when no one else ever cared.
Tupac Shakur

*sigh*
I was trying to be a lil offensive .. epic fail 😢
I try not to use labels such as stupid, ignorant etc
I think many folks are simply unaware ..
by unaware I mean poorly in touch w/ their intuitive & mental abilities
we focus most of our energy on doing whatever it takes to gain social recognition, since we've been taught way early to doubt, depreciate the power of our own, individual mind .. someone who dares to venture outside the box, explore the potential of his/her mind will take a lot of heat 4 that (at least in this 'modern' society).. better get back in line or you'll be shut down ! that's what happened to Tupac and many others
crazy world

I saw that a video was posted but I haven't watched it yet (need to wait til I get home tonight). I view the rose as a person who transcended the circumstances they were born into. Many people who are born into 'bad' situations (poor family, bad area, bad parents, neglect, abuse, whatever it is) are never able to see beyond their situation and end up letting it control them. They fall into the victim mindset. They believe nothing is expected of them so they expect nothing of themselves. A rose that grows in concrete should not survive, yet this one did. This rose said it didn't matter where it grew, the important thing is that it did in fact grow. The rose didn't need feet to walk and we don't need circumstances to be perfect (or even good) in order for us to do good things. It is here now and it will 'keep its dreams'. People are much more in control of our lives than many of us admit or believe. Just as the rose learned to breathe fresh air, we can learn to adapt to our environments. Not just adapt and survive, but adapt and thrive. To me, this is a poem of hope and perseverance. Don't give in to your surroundings, succeed despite them!

Awesome! You totally got it! When you watch the video, youll be hearing it from the horse's mouth. Now lemme ask you something. If you didnt know Tupac wrote this, would you have interpret it that way? Nevertheless, I do find libras to be genius in arts and poetry. Nobody surpasses them in these subjects. So I'm not really surprised that you got it right.

Yes, I believe the interpretation would have been the same if I had not known who wrote it. It is hard to say though because I do take the artist into consideration when trying to see what they are saying. If you understand the speaker it is much easier to understand their words. Admittedly, I don't know much about tupac. I remember some of his music, I remember 2 or 3 movies he was in, and I remember him dying. I do know that there was a recurring theme of rising above troubles in his arts though.click to expand

I've dated a lot and have been in one lengthy relationship (I'm 21). The problem is, I always hurt the girls that I date! I usually date someone who strikes my curiosity and soon after, my Libra tendencies strike: I put my partner on a pedestal and begin highlighting all of their best qualities, digging for anything interesting along the way. And soon after, usually two to three months, I run. I have a major problem with commitment. And the girls that I date always want a commitment because they fall in love with me, fast. It is my fault though, I know I am more affectionate than most guys and I get tons of excitement in seducing the opposite sex (I do this by impressing women, I don't do things like say "I love you" or talk about "our future" etc). What sign(s) can enjoy the chivalry of Libras without falling into our web? I would rather not be known as a heartbreaker, because this is honestly not my intention.
I'm also curious to hear of signs that anyone has found to be good one night stands 🙂 I've actually never had a one night stand, but I've had sex with ten people. I've never really tried as it is only a one time thing and it seems like a waste of time unless there is amazing sex involved. (so any signs that are promiscuous/great in the bed)
