Please help me understand how a Libra mind works

I have virtually no experience with Libra people as so far I never happened to have close friends or partners from this star sign. A few months ago I met a Libra man and I am now trying to make sense of his (weird) behavior. I am Taurus with Moon in Scorpio and Venus in Taurus btw.

Long story short, we casually dated for a couple of months and I knew he was also casually dating another woman whom he met a couple of months before he met me. After two months we agreed that things were getting more serious between us, so he said he was going to end things with the other woman. He said that he had to end things with her anyway as she was not the kind of woman he could see himself with in a serious way and he was not falling in love with her so the "relationship" was going nowhere.

I told him that until he ended things with her I did not want to date him anymore as I did not feel comfortable with the arrangement and he was sad about it, but understood my position. Fast forward to now, 2 months later nothing has changed and he has yet to end things with the woman. Two weeks ago I finally had enough and I told him that we were done because I did not want to waste any more time waiting for him.

For this whole time he kept saying that he had to end things with her but he felt bad because she got involved and he was going to hurt her. He said he is a coward and couldn't find the courage to break her heart, even though he knew he had to do it. He kept trying to get me to meet him, he stalked me on social media, he messaged me, he said he couldn't stop thinking about me.

Is it common for Libras to be so indecisive? Do they have a tendency to juggle multiple women? Are they generally so spineless and coward? Do they lie? How do they usually respond when someone pulls away as a result of their indecisiveness?

Sounds to me like just a regular dude playing the field. True we don't like to hurt people-but justice plays a bigger part, it isnt right for him to do whats he doing and he knows it. Hes just a player. He'll stick with whoever gives him the time of day. Staying with a woman "out of fear of hurting her" is a classic FB statement. Its bs, no more no less.

You are Taurus though so you may appreciate the challenge, or the thought of "taking" him from another woman.

You should've never waited for him to begin with. He never asked you too. And you did so thinking it would influence his decision. It hasn't.

If your seeing someone and it's not exclusive you NEED to keep dating others.

I have witnessed Libra men succumb to Taurus women totally. I think you two became too serious too fast..?

I mean you guys decided to be serious within 2 months? I thought they said that Taurus move slow to commit or get serious? Did you feel like you guys had a really special connection or do you normally move that fast?

But if your feelings have grown to where you're no longer comfortable with him dating others and he's continuing to date others - then you did the best thing by backing off... that was quite mature of you. I know women in their late forties that can't do that!

But your Scorpio placement has you demanding compliance on your time-schedule and that may not sit well with a cardinal sign. .

More than likely he'll be back. ?

Yes I agree things got too serious too fast, he is a Scorpio moon too so I guess we are both quite intense. Thee definitely is a strong connection, although at this point I think it is more sexual than intellectual/romantic. He also says he is extremely jealous of me and the idea of me with other men drives him crazy, although I reckon that could be bs given the character.

I normally don't move fast, however in this instance I just felt like it was disrespectful for him to see and sleep regularly with me while doing the same with someone else. I don't mind casual dating, but when things get regular and physical I feel like some boundaries have to be in place.

Taurus and Scorpio are total opposites right?

I think they are! We are both Scorpio moons though, which explains the deep attraction between us I suppose.

I have Libra moon. I can get really indecisive regarding a relationship. One moment, I sooo want to bolt out especially when I feel strangled. But I can never bring myself to do it because I'm afraid I'll make the wrong choice and that I'll hurt that person who is important to me. So I just decide to keep on working on the relationship (probably because of my Virgo sun). But when we broke up, I'm in a constant cycle of wanting to win her back and moving on. Lol!

On one had, I did cheat on my first ex long ago. I admitted it to her so we broke up. I regretted that for a long time.
