What's the best advice u've received?

The best advice I have gotten about a guy is

Ignore what he says and pay attention to what he does and how he acts. The fact that a guy runs away means you've made him nervous and put him into "fight or flight" mode and is actually a GOOD thing because it shows he's taking you serious.

This is enough to let me know that he is not running for reasons I thought he was running for....calmed the internal voices.

I've heard a part of that too, but a variation. "Look at a mans actions more so than hearing his words."

I tell everyone that a man's words are worthless unless they match up with his actions. A person's actions are 100x more powerful than their words.

Never play games with a man...you'll end up losing at your own game.

When you marry...divorce everyone else.

You never know who is happy for you or who wants your relationship to fail so keep your friends and family out of your relationship. If theres a problem..go to the source.

Enjoy being the mans friends first...go with the flow.

The quicker a man rushes the quicker he'll rush out.

*I go to my dad sometimes because I see that him and my mother have been married 33 years. Of course they have had their ups and downs and had the most UNUSUAL pairing..he's been there and done that!...even though I came on here about the libra I was dealing with (I didn't want my parents all up in my business)my dad's advice is always on point even though I like to be hard-headed at times..lol*

Good for you! I don't confide in my dad, but I do talk to my mom. Even though you seek advice their opinion is very unbiased. I do agree with keeping your business to yourself. I learned that pretty quick!
