WHEN YOUR RELATIONSHIP OR LOVE INTEREST IN TROUBLE

Am I the only Libra that has a hard time focusing or thinking straight when my relationship is either in trouble, or if I start having doubts about the relationship I'm pursuing I tend to draw back, only dropping hints or talking about it if they ask and even then I may only tell them bits and pieces out of fear I will look like I'm too far gone over them, or appear vulnerable.

Honestly,this is right around the stage or phase where I want to disappear, or I may become nonchalant in an attempt to protect my feelings and heart. Then other people or other things in my life begin to get neglected. The only thing I stay on track with is my job, because I caint eff up my money over nobody. But everything else, sits in the back of my mind. Just wondering if anyone else does this or if I'm the only one. It might have something to do with my scales. My relationship being off, knocks off my balance, and I hate that. Ugh.

I just finish talking with one of my male friends and he is a libra, the man is a reck, he tells me that he was interested in this female for about a 7 months and she just told him that she wants him to stop calling her and to leave her alone because she doesnt want to be hurt by him anymore, but I will admit the man has been off and on about his feelings for the girl, but now that she has made the decision to walk away, he just can't think straight, I try to cheer him up, it works for awhile, but then he goes back to thinking about her, and when his mind gets going, it reminds me of my boyfriend, libras really can shutdown

It's like I go offin my own little world, and if someone trys to pull me out of it I may get agitated depending on how they go about it. My favorite thing to do is talk about it over and over again, my friends often get tired of repeating themselves but I need a constant breakdown of the situation in order to analyze it and make amends with it, otherwise I will not be able to let it go. Surprisingly the only friend I have that will repeat herself a million times if I need her too is my bestfriend, and she a darn Taurus. Gosh I love her. lol

It's the worst feeling because we love people, and we want to be loved back. We can genuinely get over someone we were good to, and they throw us away after a while we see it as their lost, but if it's the other way around, oh boy. Now the crazy part is, even she agreed to start back talking to him he's going to be timid and most likely still drawn back because now he will be unsure if he deserves her or not. Geesh, how do yall deal with us. lol

Nope you're not the only one. I'm extremely sidetracked by relationship problems. I think it's in our nature to be preoccupied by our relationships. And it's in our natures to try to resolve conflict. So it kinda makes sense. I have a double dose with my Venus being in libra. I get ridic with it.

Venus in Libra— Oh dear.lol. Yes I can imagine how you head must be in 150 different locations, and somehow they all end up back surrounding your love interest and the problem at hand. You will probably turn off your phone, only turning it on to call those important to say —Hi, I'm alive. Now bye.?? lol

I'll share a little insight from my experience with my libra friends. I always see them repeating a pattern. It seems like when things are peaceful and improving, they start tinkering with it. Why do that? As the saying goes, if it ain't broke don't fix it. The one thing I notice in all relationships is that through the fixing and tinkering, what happens is the flow of love is constricted. There is less time spent actually loving each other. Relationships are simply and practical. The more you try to do, the more complicated you make it. Simply let it be. Life presents enough problems of its own. If you relax and let love build, the relationship builds itself. Hence you'll be stronger to face life's challenges together as a team

But my libra friend has called her, but he used a crazy excuse, like he wanted to ask her a question, sadly she didn't answer the phone, and he still a reck, I don't think he will give up on her tho, I can see he really cared about her alot, but the man can't make up his mind on what he wants

My guy would not make a choice about anything, then just when he finally make the choice, BAM, he changes his mind, ugggg, he just has to people please, I keep telling him just please yourself, if your happy then I'm happy, ummm yea right, then here goes the convo about how he may make the wrong choice and I'll get mad, omg dude choose for god sake

Well a venus in Libra means, they have a double dose of the libra sun tactics you read about on those general websites —if you googles libra man in love?? the only thing that may knock him down a few notches is his moon sign, which give an outlook on who he really is whether he's in love or not. His moon gives an outlook on how he is when he's by himself, or around those whom he feel wont judge him.
I just know how libras are with their sun sign, and we are very VERY indesive ESPECIALLY in matters of love, because that's an area of life we take so seriously and long for that when it's in front of us, we certainly don't want to jack it up over something as dumb as making the wrong decision.

You will need to be the solid voice of reason and directness, help him see the simple side of things, and let him know everything is not a game of chess, something are just black and white, even in love. He will appreciate your patience, try not to get so frustrated with him, if he senses it you will probably notice him talking to you less when something is bothering him for fear you wont understand.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!! With the exception of my job, it seems that nothing else matters when my relationship has problems. If it's too bad, I'll take vacation time from work. I have to think, be alone, write my feelings down, read and talk talk talk....gaining different perspectives from diff friends.

Being unbalanced throws us Libras off emotionally. We have to shut down to analyze and sort through whatever the problem is. Normal problems aren't so hard to deal with, but relationship problems break me down until I am physically sick. I have to give 110% all the way til the end, just to make sure I've done EVERYTHING I could possibly do to salvage the relationship and to make sure it "wasn't me" that caused the breakdown.

I have a special Libra here on DXP that helped me tremendously through my most recent breakup. I also have a very practical guy Taurus friend that helped to keep me grounded. I would have been lost without both of them.

Good luck dealing with that Cancer...

oh sag, oh Lord. You are as blunt as they come, the good thing about you is you never have to worry about if your holding back, or whats on your mind. I dated a few sags each one helping me stay on the bright side of life. It seemed their world was always sunny, and happy, and even when they did let thing upset them, they??d say what they had to say about it and keep it moving. Brushing it off like it never happened. I loved that, it made me want to be near them a lot, Sagg??s and Aries always make me see the simple side of something I think is so complicated. They also challenge me to keep up, lol

Everything you said, and I mean EVERYTHING you said is EXACTLY how I am. Thank goodness. I thought I was going nuts, or something was wrong with me. I also have a well-grounded Taurus that helps me stay leveled too when my mind starts racing she brings it back to normal, helping me realize I'm always jumping the gun and planning for things that haven't even happened yet. She knows I do it to avoid the surprise of a heartbreak.
And the part about you giving it 110% was so spot on, I darn near jumped out my chair in agreement. Me too!! Knowing I gave it my all helps me understand it was their lost and not mines.

oh, and the cancer situation is a whole other thread. --__--. We are opposites, but so far he's very sweet, charming, family oriented, jealous, and demanding, and yes very VERY moody.

You are hilarious!!! It's good to know there are others out there that have the same experience. My girl-friends all seem to see everything in black and white, too cut and dried, and not easy to talk with about relationship stuff...or at least not the way I NEED to talk, both are Virgos.

Lol.Yes, when people get frustrated with me because I often need to talk about the relationship issue over and over again, if I feel they are tired of talking to me about it, I will shut them out with everyone else and won't answer or call them until I'm in an upbeat mood and ready to talk about something else. They often take it personal, but I be like I mean I'm going through something and you gave off the impression like you were tired of hearing it or tired of talking to me about it so I didn't want to bother you with my mood.

I only get thrown off kilter when my partner starts behaving inconsistently. Then I find myself trying to figure out ways to make it go BACK to how it was before. I'll be trying to figure out why they're changing, was it provoked by me or something happening externally, or is it them.

Inconsistency in my relationships usually spell the end, so then my emotions come into play. Sadness, fear, and anxiety mostly.

Thanks, I'll do that, funny thing, that's how my boyfriend got me back, he just won't let me go, but at least I know he had the action to match it up with those pretty words, but my libra guy friend got her to meet him face to face tho, he told me he just can't let her go, but when he shuts down, ur swear like the sun never shined before

Yup, I'm a victim of that dang libra charm, he pisses me off, and some dang reason, he keeps doing things to get me back, ugggg, it's been times when I went plain cold turkey on him, no call no show, found out he lost his mind when I did that, dude called out sick from work, just shut himself from the world until I came back home, but I come to realize that libras just can't help but do crazy things in relationships, but that drives me freaking crazy

Honestly, when we are in love yes we do weird things, but it's out of fear of loving someone more than they love us. We cannot handle that type of unbalance with an emotion as strong as real love. You see how he went nuts, and called out from work but he didn't chase or act like a puppy dog, oh no the cancer in him won't allow that, he's too afraid you would??ve rejected him. Eventually though, he would??ve found a way to get you back because cancers people are also very determined. It just would never be a direct approach, that's the libra side

O get this, my libra male friend got her to help him fix something on his computer, but then she left, he called her like crazy asking her if they could meet up the next day, she told him no, so I asked him why won't he just let he go, he told me he just can't, she makes him smile, he feels alive when they talk, he always has a good time with this girl, that's why he can't function without her, but the man has a girlfriend, so I told him maybe you should work on your relationship instead of this other girl, he says he knows it's over

LMBO!!!!OHHHH!! Well he's in for treat, because Taurus can be one of the most stubborn women when they are fed up, and I mean really fed up. He's going to have to literally morph into prince charming in the flesh to get her to even budge just a little bit. I'm talking flowers at her job, candy at her doorstep, random good morning text, and cute little good night text, he's going to have to toss all caution to the wind, and do what Libra men fear the most??_which is chase without knowing for certain if he will win. But first order of business is he MUST dump the girlfriend, in order for Taurus to even remotely consider taking him seriously. Taurus are all or nothing type of people when they??ve made up their mind about loving someone, and they are strict on loyalty and trust. If he's cheating on his girlfriend, then Taurus will never and I mean NEVER ever trust him completely, and he might as well get comfortable in the friendzone.

My best girlfriend is Taurus, and I know her like a book. My brother is a Taurus too. So I know the male and female aspects of this sign.

Hold up, I don't think that's a Libra trait. That's an immature man??s trait in general. Libra??s will devote themselves to that one person once they are sure that person does it for them. Once I make a guy my man, no other man can touch him. If I'm serious about someone, or truly care for them just as a person I wouldn't want the guilt of cheating on them on my heart, so I??d choose to dump them before I cheat.
