
Hi! does anyone know how spirit guides work? i have heard a clear voice voice in my head a couple of times, very distinct from my thoughts...and as i researched on the web its either my spirit guide's voice or i'm going bonkers...any thoughts?

calm your mind.create a space within your mind in which you can meet your spirit guides.
it takes a while,but you must be completely still-minded and relaxed.Ask them to reveal their identities to you.
my spirit guides are Wolf and Eagle.
