He is a cancer who barely has any leo infulece in western astrology. His moon and rising are completely different and if we go into vedic astrology(which is more accurate)he is just cancer.

You are either one or the other and astrology is determined by "degrees" of accuracy. you have to look at the degrees of his sun sign to see where he really falls.

I personally hate the idea of cusps because they are not very technical or accurate.

Many people on the cusp feel an influence from both signs.
