This has some cool stuff about the Mythology of Castor and Pollux. Not really if its what you are after.

Other than that i only know a little about the actual stars from what i have read on wikipedia. Stuff like "Castor is the second brightest star in the constellation Gemini and one of the brightest stars in the night sky. etc" Actually the wikipedia page is an interesting read.

I forgot which is which, but the mortal twin died and the other was so distraught he gave up half his immortality to share with his brother and they ended up alternating days on Earth.

That's the version I heard most often.



I've heard that Pollux is in the 20th degree of Cancer. Maybe that's why Cancers, especially 3rd decan Cancers are good at boxing.
