How much for long-standing resentment?

I double the charge if I am sympathetic to the resenter.
IF I am not sympathetic, I double over charge due to extra effort.

For example Hookas are people too.
You have to ask them "how much do ya charge".
It's only courteous to do so, ya know.

Reminds of a time when we were cruisin' the bvld and a friend, his name was Harold, who had one of those old now antique water filled fire extinguishers.
Cruisin' along, while riding in the back seat of my old 53 Caddy, he spotted a black hooka walkin the street and he shot her with the fire extinguisher and we casually cruised on to the end of the bvld.
We turned around and went back down the bvld and lo and behold, he shot the same black hooka again while she on the opposite side of the street.



(We heard this song back at the time and it reminds me of Harold and that hooka)
