Sure. You click on user name and there is a block option.
I don’t know if you would know...
Because if you block - you wouldn’t see their messages but they will still see yours...

Apparently or it’s another glitch of AFF. Try to log out and see if you can see them. They might deleted. Then you won’t see them. Or click on their name while singed and see if it’ll come up. If they deleted you will see that they are gone!
Try that first. Find previous message and click on the name.
