Nah.

But I would be sure to not lose your focus. Any small failure could result in becoming disenfranchised with the leadership role. The placement doesn't indicate a lack of leadership skills it just indicates a desire to avoid those roles.

Personally I know I can be an effective leader in the workplace, I just don't care enough to bother with these peasants.

I think applying alpha and beta to people doesn't accomplish much. They are terms that were first applied to wolves and are now considered out-dated because biologists were studying artificially created packs of wolves instead of natural wolf packs. In a natural wolf pack, Dad is the alpha male and Mom is the alpha female. The pecking order under that is not usually clearly defined and shifts constantly.

But if we must do it, I'd put money on several of the women here to out-alpha most of the dudes.

But nobody can out-alpha DJ even if it's nikkistar 😛
