ok, sorry to leave this one hanging, but I've been on my back with the flu all week ... maybe that's my payback.

"pay lost wages" ... ouch, but yeah I thought of that ... especially since she only lost a week, so it would be doable.

Ok, what happened is it was a waitress I knew and I made a bet with her about blowing a cap into an empty beer bottle. I've made this same bet many times without incident. We know each other so we were getting kinda flirty and crude about the whole thing. I was joking about how I'd like it and she might win if she blew lower. So, she bent way over and stuck her ass in my face when she tried to blow the cap in again.

Well, I could tell that the other waitress standing there got offend because she left immediately. Still I didn't think anything of it. A few weeks later the waitress I knew invited a friend of mine out to her new restaurant, and that's when she said that the last place fired her about 30 minutes after we had left.

Really I was just thinking that other place was run by a bunch of prudes. It was a restaurant/bar, but we were in the bar area. Some adult play should be expected ... geeeze.

I am going to have to say that I don't see where you are directly responsible. It would seem to me that second waitress and the business were the people having the issue with waitress one. As you say, prudes.

I really don't see anything all that exciting, for you friend to get fired over.

Ah man I feel bad for your friend. I used to wait tables when I was 19 and the cattyness can get bad.
