Funny thing this, the same day I made this thread a documentary called "Into The Wormhole" aired on Discovery Science.
Morgan Freeman narrated.
Basically the scientists were trying to come up with theories on what came BEFORE the Big Bang.
They mentioned that our galaxy's Big Bang may be one of many that keep happening and will keep happening repeatedly for ever.
They kept throwing words around like Brane (membrane) and singulairty and there was speculation that - get this - there are 11, yup ELEVEN dimensions.
Mind-breaking stuff.
