I need to lead an activity for Myers Briggs for team development meeting. for the following group. It would be awesome if anyone had any ideas, these team building meetings can suck hard.

Or a nice game of self aware beach volleyball.

the I's are the ones that need to be motivated.

I call them our government employees, we rely on them to push simple buttons and they still take all day to get it done, and make everyone stay late.

Maybe an escape room? Another idea would be this game called "blind draw" where you draw an object with only verbal cues.

Are these random people meeting for the first time or are they colleagues working for the same company? What's he situation here?

we are all colleagues and have worked together for a long time. We are all remote now, and in different locations. The two I's have never met or worked in an office together. We can shoot the shit pretty good. But I think some intentional interaction. Now I'm thinking a bout a competition to make the i's work together.

we are all colleagues and have worked together for a long time. We are all remote now, and in different locations. The two I's have never met or worked in an office together. Idea1:

Well I have this game in mind that can help them learn more about their mbti personality without actually talking about themselves as some people can be sensitive about this, you give every player a card that includes his mbti personality traits and a celebrity who has the same type, every player have to use the clues to talk about this celebrity without mentioning their name and the others have to guess.

Idea2: if that's not going to be online

You can prepare a set of questions(a questionnaire) that help explore their mbti personalities, they walk around and ask and answer these questions in pairs, you can join since you have only five students. They write down the answers and then discuss them in a group and share their thoughts about it.

Idea3: since you want to play a competitive game you can play jeopardy. Or typhoon ( it's really fun you can Google it)

As for teaming up the players based on their mbti personality I don't know much about this so I can't help you with that 😅

I think you should just keep mbti and astro stuff out of work enviroments, or atleast keep it to yourself. Say you get some drama going on, it becomes an angle for bullying or jelously.

By all means use it, but don't share it with everyone lol

It's just a tool to get people to think outside of their own perspective when dealing with other people.

Another manager had started it a few weeks ago, but it was ehh. I knew I could get more out of it, and thanks to @Libraandgenerous I'm going to look like a genius. 😉

I kinda forgot that my meeting got pushed to today because I've been dealing with my tooth issues, so this morning I got up and thought, eh i don't have a lot going on, its Friday and this shit hurts.... imma pop some more codeine.

My boss was like Robyn are you coming to this meeting? oh shit! thats my meeting lmao.

but it went good, I think. I got great feedback. most people were engaged and had fun. I was high af, not nervous at all lol 😄
