im curious, who has a part of thier body pierced other than their ears? anyone?

Not me, but I would love to get my eyebrow or tongue pierced. My mother keeps telling me that if I do, she will shave her head and get a tatoo...also I don't want to be discriminated against professionally (will probably have to pick up a second job by X-mas), so I am reluctant, until I land this new job. After that, it's just a matter of convincing my mother that facial piercings do not indicate a devil worshipper...lol

I've always wanted a little tiny scorpion on my hip or the small of my back, but I don't know if I'm a tattoo person...most people laugh when I tell them I want to pierce my eyebrow, too...they always say it would "clash" with the rest of me...lol.

actually, i do. i got my nipple pierced in march. WOW, it hurt like hell. its a small hoop. i forget its even there now. except when its cold, or sometimes ill forget about it and accidently rake a bar of soap accross it, that doesnt feel to good. ive got a tattoo of a dragon on my right shoulder blade. if im wearing a t-shirt u wont see either of them, i dont think it looks to professional. the eyebrow doesnt look very sexy to me.

i think the eyerow detracts from the face rather than enhance it.

Ah, you know, a lot of people have told me that cj7. I may end up deciding against it, because some people really think it looks awful on women (I really like it on men though). As for your piercing, ouch, yet, cool. lol.

on females i like the bellybutton. as far as the lower regions, hell no, not me.

no, if anything it is more sensitive. not like extremely sensitive but, but a little more than before. yeah thats Tyler, he's my buddy. ive been working out of town for over a month now, its amazing how much u miss having your pets around u. he probably thinks i deserted him.

aww, no I completely know how that is, missing your pets. The first time we took a "real" family vacation out of state a few years ago, I totally cried when we took our dog and cats to the vet to be boarded. I was so worried. lol. They become part of your family really fast, strangely. Eh, he'll remember you. Probably as soon as you walk in the door he'll freak out from ecstatic happiness and tackle you in a loving embrace. 🙂

Something just occurred to me in regards to this whole nipple piercing phenomenon: on a woman, she would have to always wear a bra in public, otherwise it would look like she constantly has um...how can I put this delicately...one "chilly" nip. lol. Of course, some would argue that women should *always* wear a bra in public, no matter what...but I don't know how I feel about the idea that I *had* to...lol, the ramblings of a tired girl

Possible solutions to this problem:

I (er uh, SHE) could pierce both.

She could blatantly NOT wear a bra, and not care.

She could just walk around topless, and then I suspect nobody would be concerned about the appearance of erect nips...or maybe they would...lol

i see your point, im not this totally buff guy, but i do have good upper body definition(cancer -body part ruled the chest) i dont make a habit of wearing tight shirts but some of my older shirts make it look like i have two nipples on one side, caus the ring has a small ball in the middle.

Try being in high school, walking down the hall and suddenly you realize that your bra has come undone, inside of your shirt. lol. That was interesting.

Especially when it's really hot, and it's all you can do to keep from ripping your top off, and then you have to wear this constricting thing holding your chest in and all you want to do is take it all off. Quite a conundrum.

for the first month its pretty sensitive, but once its healed it gets durable. u can gently tug on it without pain. no its not really a pain thing except when thier doing it.

Nose pierced, belly ring (which I did myself),and 2 earrings in each ear.

I have not had one problem with discrimination.

Back to the subject matter at hand.... I've had my ears pierced three times and they never stayed... I just gave up on it. It's too much work to get anything pierced, especially the tongue, you always have to clean it and take care of it... for tatoos I think they are neat but I'm a chicken when it comes to pain and the idea that they fade is sort of a deterent. If I did get a tatoo, it would be very small... somewhere easily concealed... and something like a dragon or dagger.
