What are your views on post nominal letters being included in your work email signatures?

You're worked hard on the degrees, qualifications and professional chartership.

Do you include your degree, masters, doctorate or professional membership within your email signatures?

Does it seem arrogant or shows professionalism and pride in ones work?

Does it matter in your Country/Industry/Employer/Client?

PFT! I work for the Army (Arrogance!); you should see their signature blocks AND business cards they have me create for them (the latter). Arrogance! 😡 Why? Because they cannot do one SIMPLE thing to create a document correctly (no matter how many times I've told them). I just laugh my ass off at their "degrees" AND they get promoted to a supervisory position. Yeah, the majority of them are on the "over due list" for Army training they have NOT completed and I LOVE it when I send their names up to the colonel 😄

🤗 cyber hugs!

Love,

Eva

If it's your thing go for it. I dont do it. I introduce myself by my first name to everyone but some get snooty at: "Hi I'm Rabid" anyways.
