Better legs and glutes. Slimming down is secondary to that. I can do that after the challengeclick to expand
Creatine could give you good results just by flooding the muscles with water. But it will be all over. All GLP1s tend to strip muscle, which could take you back the other way.
I personally would try NAC and Alpha Lipoic Acid to speed up recovery (these will prevent you from getting sore for any real period so you can keep up the pace throughout the week) and speed up sugar processing. Then spend that extra energy on like biking or some sort of high resistance cycling. I personally think what youre aiming for you dont even need to do weight lifting for, heavy cycling, rollerskating, hell even wind sprints should give you more results with less time involved.click to expand

Has anyone taken collagen supplements ever? Do they help with your knees during exercise, if you ever had slight pain in your knees ?

What kinda dossage do you recomend from these?click to expand
So for NAC I take 600 MG a day. 300-600 is recommended. And I just follow the dosage on the Alpha. My recovery time has been crazy fast. Ive worked out all my life, amd id dread workouts because I knew id pay the price the next day. Id leave gas in the tank just because I didnt want to be crippled the next day. I go harder than I ever have, amd for longer. I honestly feel like im a teenager again energy and recovery-wise. If you try it let me know how it does. I hope it helps.click to expand

Sounds good. I just want to get rid of of as much oxydative stress as I can...back injury 🫤click to expand
This should help. I can hook you up with a couple others ive since started taking.
I broke my back several years ago in roof collapse. My shoulders were fucked, especially my dominant right from years of ego benching. My wrists would click. Patella would slide around while walking almost buckle me. Im not making any money from this shit, just hoping it helps you all, but I have none of that now. No surgeries. No prescriptions. Just... feel fucking amazing.. Youre a smart man knowing its oxidative stress. Youre ahead of where I was for a long time. It was like that missing piece of the puzzle for me.
Try those and see if they help. If you wnat to know some.more, or you run across something I dont know, let me know.click to expand

Yeah I think itll help. Its not real severe pain just the neuralgia is very annoying and uncomfortable. DOMs feel yuck so getting rid of them will be good too. From what Ive learned, people who get on a good anti oxident diet heal up well and people who don't just stagnate for years.click to expand

I have to make this and come back because I have 1000 things going on but can we talk about supplements in here.
I’m getting ready to do another challenge and creatine is recommended and I’ve never taken it. Can anyone tell me what to expect?
We can also talk about other supplements and peptides etc.
I’m currently taking b12, vitamin D, iron. I was thinking about taking retatrutide while I do this 6 week challenge (yes cheating ha)

Creatine fuel suppose to fuel you up from my understanding. Of course I used to take anything to bulk up and energy powder to help me get strong enough to pump serious heavy iron. Some body enhancement drugs I used to consume I didn't even know what the hell it's for but still took em anyway. Try creatine you might like it or find some use for it. Sometimes you have to be bold take chances and just do even if you don't know what you doing.

It definitely helps with healing. I put my arm through a storm door about a month ago, and cut my bicep deep. Deep deep. It left a long scar, but it healed in just around 2 weeks. I was surprised. It probably needed stitches, but just went thr old super glue route.click to expand

Dunno where Hatters got too but I've been taking the NACs and Alpha Lipoic Acid he recomended and heaps of Fish Oil this week and I think he may be onto something here. My back has felt great even on thursday when I was working on machinery in some awkward posistions it didn't hurt afterwards.
