Early 2011 I got hit with all these energies/vibrations not thinking much but that I was feeling under the weather spiritually speaking. It affects me mentally and emotionally, as well as spiritually. It took me the better half of the year to catch on that I was in the middle of what felt like hundreds of garbled radio stations all at the same time. I thought I was going crazy in my thoughts, my emotions, and my moods. I would bawl my eyes out with no notice, feel sudden instantaneous anger. I am trying my best to understand it. One thing I do know for sure is I can sense when someone is about to pass away. I don't get to pick or choose. It used to make me sick to my stomach thinking I felt it for a reason and maybe I could have done something about it.
Lately I've been able to recognize when a vibration is not self generated ( coming from someone else). Sometimes it's great, sometimes parts of it are great, and sometimes it's just plain horrible or confusing. I'm hoping someone could at least point me in the right direction as to how to help this work for me. I'd like to know how to separate it from myself and identify which and who is ME first and foremost.
