What do cockroaches taste like?

lol im kinda bored ... but just wondering if anyone out there have ever tasted one, or like do u have to be that damn desperate lol. hb some covered in chocolate or some other candy ok yea sounds gross but hey its just a random thought

A long time ago, in my teens, I visited this old aunt of my mother's. She was really old, couldn't see well, etc. Anyway, she served me some rice the 1st night. A rice with a twist because I crunched on something while eating. I pulled whatever it was out. Only to find out it was a leg. A cockroach's leg. I felt nauseous immediately. No taste, though, even though the gooey white stuff was on my tooth. Gross.

Maybe they're tasteless, who knows. Or maybe my tastebuds went in shock. Can't answer the question even though I chewed one.
