Does anyone else feel more connected with their moon sign?

I mean, I guess I act "weird" like an Aquarius, but when I think about how I WANT to act and what I think about doing, it's much closer to Aries (or Sagittarius but I don't think I have planets in that sign). I have a pretty even temper, but I try to be more spontaneous and adrenaline junkie-like, which is funny because I'm fairly quiet at times. In terms of what I'd do if I got the chance to, though, I think I'm fairly out there... Meanwhile, I'm hardly the activist type! Very little activism here! I might protest an oil pipeline or something, but that's not /human/itarian, now is it?

I have a very strong moon and a fairly weak sun. My sun is in a three-planet stellium, but that's in the eighth house. Eighth house=Scorpio/Pluto=a bit self absorbed and secretive, right? (Don't get me wrong, I think you guys are badass, actually.)

I do feel my sun very strongly at times but most of the time I'm all moon. It plays a big part, which I'm glad of.

I feel more connected to my moon.. I have an Aries Moon.. & Pisces Sun.. I'm very impulsive and very argumentative (I'll say I just like to see what other's opinions would be).. All of those things aren't associated with Pisces.. So yea I feel very moony

I think that's what the houses in the natal chart are all about. Wherever the planets land in the houses are the areas in which that planet expresses itself instinctively

sometimes I feel like I have a mercury aquarius - shocking. but I don't. i'm quite reserved especially in real life, and around other people i'm extremely reserved. Around my husband, in personal, i'm shocking.



today, we were watching the VIP lounge and the outdoor waitresses were serving some people with wine and beer, complements I guess.

and I said to him (because we were outside under the partial shade)

" hey we aren't very important are we? we aren't getting served over here! we gotta go get our own self -serve"

lol

my husband, he's So funny I LOVE HIM!! he says to me, " We're VUP, hon."

" VUP huh?" lmao!!! " Very unimportant person"



hahaha

i'm not very shocking there, but he makes me LOL that he shocks me everyday with stupid shit like that.

Yeah, I get it! Thanks. 8th house is a little confusing for me in this regard, though, admittedly. How would that work... I react to death and sex like an Aquarius? Or I'm secretive about aquarian stuff? (The latter could be... Well honestly with politics I probably look like a Libra around people I don't agree with. Or I'll just "agree to disagree". Unless they're just terrible people.)

My sun and moon are in the same sign but different houses (11th and 12th). In that respect, I would say I relate a bit more to my sun (11th). Though, If I'm to be honest, I might be more pisces-like than I realize. I'm still unsure and like to relate more to my saturn (aqua/cap) energy at this point.

The 8th house is about taxes, death, sex, and other people's money (inheritance). You might inherit money.

Aquarius is about all others rather than about the self. And also being unique.

So maybe you react unconventionally to the subjects of death, sex, taxes.

Also, the 8th house is supposed to intensify whatever planets fall in it.

11th house is technology, hopes dreams and wishes, and groups like this one we are contributing on.

I do, but probably because my moon is in Cancer, which is what the moon is ruled by, and I also have Cancer mars and ascending so that is really prominent in my chart.

oh ok, I see what you mean.

it's not really about the "other" as in partnership, opposite of aries 1st house of self.

then all of us here are 11th housers it seems, we are all contributing to humanity and groups.

Thanks! I have to say a lot of this doesn't sound like me. Maybe I've already learned many of the lessons... Or it might be because I have Mercury in that stellium I mentioned? I do tend to be fairly free about speaking about these types of issues, and I've learned to detach myself when I need to (not all the time thank goodness! That would be lonely.)
