Scorpio Moon with Aqua Moon.. How do you cope?

How do you cope in a committed love relationship?

I have Scorpio Moon and my bf has Aqua Moon with lots of Virgo in his chart...

When he pursued me he was SO emotional and I was unsure and confused cause I was healing from a break up (which he knew about) .. he was so patient with me and so loving that now I'm head over heals for him.. and so attached!

Now I find myself obsessing over him.. he is very busy and having his Moon in Aqua I read that they are not too emotional (which surprised me cause i learnt to express my emotions from him) .. I dont want to push him away from me, dont want him to feel me being posessive or controlling in anyway.. but to be hobest sometimes i need more attention.. we've been together for a year now, and in the beginning he was very very attentive.. now some days i find myself longing for this and I am trying to control my emotions..

its funny u asked ..he doesnt have any but hes up to anything.. i once brought up tht i want to learn shooting n he was excited about it and said he'll join me... but he just started his career in medicine so hes super busy

i should mention .. that most of the time hes either at work or sleeping .. so the lack of attention is bec. he is either working or feeling tired : / so i feel guilty about feeling this way.. n so i need to learn to cope but its so freaking hard to the point that it hurts

ahhh i can relate. Third parties of any sort make me queasy. I can be very emotionally needy. But as long as the other person makes time for me, im cool. I just need that time to be so fulfilling that i dont mind if hes off doing him. kinda like credit.

I'm an 8th house Aqua Moon. If I'm being completely honest here, I start to feel suffocated when they want to see or even hear from me every single day, when they start complaining about me choosing spending time with my friends over spending time with them, etc. (as ego-stroking as that may initially be). I think it's healthy for the relationship, while you're still in the "in love" phase at least, to to not see/hear your partner every single day and to keep yourself busy with other things, people, hobbies.. I personally don't want my S.O. to become the "center of my universe". Obsessing over someone would just mean that I can't love them without hating them, and that to me is not the way I wish to truly love someone. If you get me.

EXACTLY. It's totally fine to have your own life...I don't want to be crowded either but yes the time spent talking and being together has got to be incredibly fulfilling.

yeh .. we do make time every night to talk on the phone before bed ..but for the past few days we couldnt do that bec. he was too tired.. n it even shows in his voice (me feeling more guilty) n he used to call me on his night shifts (2 days a week) for like 5 mins to wish me goodnight .. but that doesnt happen anymore cos he says its crazy in the hospital n he doesnt have his phone ..but when he does .. he texts me randomly anytime.. now that our long talks at night r not happening ..over the past couple of weeks.. i dont feel fullfilled :/ ... we even argued about this last week.. that we dont talk anymore n he apologized for bein careless n told me that we should both try to be considerate (he also meant me by that.. to understand the nature of his work.. n he told me so many times before that his lifestyle is tough n i got to get used to it.. which he cant see happening)

i hear you ... i do encourage him to see his friends n i do leave him all alone when he tells me hes goin out .. ido like him to go out n have fun.. i think its only his work that is making me jealous :/ bec. he spends too much time in it i guess.. mm im afraid id want to hear from him everyday.. i didnt think its annoying him.. im not really showing that im posessive .. its just when he doesnt hear from he.. he thinks im being flakey.. so im trying to find a balance .. to be there for him but not much

I think the correct thing to do would be to put him and his job aside and to start thinking what do you do to keep yourself busy. Being a tad self-centered is not such a bad quality to possess. At all.

@Theatrum .. you're right abiut that.. I read somewhere that when women are at work they can think of their relationship even if uts only for a little while, while men when they are focusing on something, they forget everything else .. lol


It is the days when I feel so needing him emotionally n dont get it.. that i feel its even hard to get out of bed .. n if i do n work on something.. id be so distracted n keep thinking about it.. i know its not healthy n its funny i wasnt this way in the beginning if it .. but i feel like im overwhelmed some days .. n i wonder how others deal with this.. i know it doesnt sound right n i need to change myself there

i feel the same way. i may even start a bit of drama, but ive gotten better over the years. Now i ask if everything is okay and state what i want. then i wait to see if things change.

if they dont, then i just cut my losses.

I am the same way as you two... but im not sure if this is a good thing.. im not sure if we will ever find a partner who is able to be this way as we need.. for me, i love him and i understand hes busy but i dont want to lose him over this.. eventhough its unbearable at times :/ .. today we finally had a long talk as we used to.. eventhough he was tired from a long night shift.. but i wasnt pushy about it.. i just asked if he can call when he gets back .. n he did so im relieved.. but i know when couples get married .. things change.. n theres much less attention.. how will u cope with that?

I do hope i end up with a cancer moon and mars in scorpio. thats the only sign thats been able to deliver consistently.

i guess when you get married, youll have to find emotional fulfillment in other areas.
