How to treat a scorpio moon

A libra sun but scorpio moon and 4 other placements in scorpio ...

Would you treat/see this person as a scorpio or a libra

I would see the person as a libra unless they portrayed themselves as more of a Scorpio ??

I am a Pisces but I don't act like one I act more of a Scorpio but that's probably because I'm a female and more in tune with my emotions lol

the guy I'm seeing is a Libra/Scorpio cusp with a Scorpio moon. His Mars, Uranus and true node is in Scorpio too.

While I've yet to completely figure him out, there are plenty of really good characteristics.
Disciplined on what THEY think is important.
Strong minded.
Very pensive.
BROODING
Understanding but not a push over.
Jealous even of comparison not actual behavior
Possessive of your heart and feelings more than your body
Slow to act but committed when they do
Selfish.... but in a self preserving way
Composed, not shy. If they let you in, you'll be surprised who is at the core is much funnier, sillier and innocent is at the core
Think 13 chambers of death to get to the palace. If you make it to the palace.

Why I like all of these characteristics? because he is a rare gem that is not accessible to everyone. If he picks you and trusts you, there is a tenderness he offers that is secure and scary

I've been around Scorpios my whole life. He is different, I think it's his moon.

He is laid back, intelligent and ambitious like libra and passionate, loving and emotionally open like a Scorpio.

Very, very passionate. I love the way he talks. He is very business when need be and very laid back when that time is done.
I've had the best time with this person. He is unlike anything I have ever experienced.
