Is it difficult for Pisces to articulate...

Hi it's me again. Just a short question for all Pisces. Is it difficult for Pisces to articulate what they feel? If yes, how do you all deal with it?

Clearly expressing feelings is NOT an obstacle, in fact, as M'Lady pointed out, we are quite prolific with voicing how we feel. However, we can be cautious folks if we feel there is need to guard something. If your man is withholding how he feels, then he has a concern about how you would recieve this information.

What is it you believe he is needing to say, but, remaining silent?

If you have explained, communicated in the way that you know how, which is the best way for you and they don't understand, then it's up to them to try to understand you and not up to you to fix them.

Our whole world is falling apart due to mis-communication, simply because we refuse to listen if they don't adhere to what we want to comprehend.

That is a stupidity .. if you had a child who couldn't talk and so disregarded him because he didn't speak .. you would be stupid for not listening to him according to his mode of communication.

That makes perfect sense to me .. if a person is communicating, in whatever form they know how to be heard .. and I can't comprehend them because they aren't speaking on my terms .. then I'm an idiot.

I understand what you're saying MsPisces .. I was just saying I understood Haffo's point, also.

Maybe it is to do with Mercury and Houses .. rarely am I misunderstood, so it seems odd to me that others would struggle with this. I know my husband has an aweful time at getting out what he's feeling, too.

I've noticed that ppl will give a response to what I just said, and it ends up being way off..not what I meant, at all!! I also have these very deep ideas and feelings about certain things that I wouldn't even expect others to understand, so I guess some of it is my fault, because I won't even bother to try explaining. This has always been a problem for me in life. People completely misunderstand me because I don't do a very good job of explaining my feelings, thoughts and intentions, so it then makes my actions seem contradictory. They end up thinking they've got me all figured out

Well, it's often not really an issue of syntax, more so of experience. You can try to communicate something in a million different ways to someone, but if they haven't actually thought about/or experienced what it is you're referring to, then there is in effect, no skeleton to hang that information on. You can deconstruct Derrida's philosophy of Differance all day, but if the concepts are virgin to the listener's mind, then they will not understand what you are saying, regardless of how much you break it down for them. Though, I will be the first to admit that Pisces do reign supreme in terms of non-sequitors (maybe because our minds work so fast, that were formulating ideas even as we're speaking and appending/revising our thoughts with the same speed).

actually, in most cases...it's not at all difficult...of course i speak for myself, but i've never had a problem letting everyone know how i feel lol
