Pisces man with earth moon and venus

So, this Pisces man has been staying at my place for the last several weeks now.
I am very comfortable in his presence.
We have great rapport.
He could be my best friend ever.
I think he is.
And I often feel like he is my husband.
He said yesterday that we are friends for life.

My rising is Sagittarius. He has no birth time, but he seems very Leo-ish on the rising sign.

My question is, as he has a Cappy moon and Taurus venus, which I gather are "earthy slow" in moving into a romantic mode (not that I'm in any hurry, because I'm not), does him saying "friends for life" mean anything?

No longer am I all google-eyed.
Friends only . . . that's all that I want from this person.
Not to mention, he's got B-A-G-G-A-G-E stacked high.
I was filling in a little bit of loneliness with his presence.

Friday he was out all day, he had a long talk with an older woman friend, he came back to my place in a slightly drunken state, and while lying back in the recliner for the night, he says many times that he loves me.
Saturday night he stayed elsewhere. He called (drunk) in the 3am hour five times telling me he loves me and misses me.

So, that's just for the record. It makes me wonder.
