Popular astro descriptions are garbage, why?

Am I the only one feeling infuriated of reading again and again the same erroneous descriptions about pisces?
For example, despite being extremely sensitive, I am one of the least "compassionate" or "caring" people you'd ever meet.
Most of the astrologers seem to be rehashing the same cliches, created by people who apparently only grasped a tiny superficial aspect of the pisces.
I'd like this to change.

@OP: Compassion and caring are higher end pisces traits, i.e. characteristics of evolved pisceans. Maybe you're just at the shallower end of the pool for the time being or maybe you're hiding your light under a bushel, because I find it hard to believe you rarely experience empathy/compassion if you're a sensitive one 😉

The feeling of pain is unbearable to me, mental or physical pain on helpless people or animals, I am very sensitive to this, and I would go out of my way to help an animal, but I think that is not restricted to pisces.
I think Pisces are very sensitive to other people's pains more than their own, but I think that a lot of pisces learn to become insensitive rather than spending their time helping other, in fact, with time the extreme sensitivity tends to create more detachment than compassion.

I think traditionnal popular astrology only examines the surface of the pisces, but under the surface is more interesting. I am trying to write down my thoughts about this at this moment.

I don't think the pisces sensibility is specifically tied to feelings or suffering, we just happen to be receptive to people's feeling but it is just one thing among all the strange things picked up by our radar and broadcast on our mental cinema.
And detachment is definitely one way, and probably the most logical way, to deal with this. I'm just fed up to read that the pisces should work in hospitals or charities or prisons, wtf...

I'll post more later, I'm writing an essay right now about the pisces radar.
