The Fish & The Archer
YUCK! The only Sag I know is my father. I think he is a wonderful man who spoils me rotten (even as a grown woman) but I could never, never date one. He is a mans-man who has never been wrong and has to have the last word. Definitely not my speed relationship wise. I felt sorry for my mom until they divorced after 32 years of marriage and his current fiance is reminds me of a stepford wife. Friends yes, relationship hell no!
FS - The Archer / Fisho combo quiet emotionally powerful and soulful is the best way I can describe. I dated an Archer a few years back, he broke my heart but I adored him. C'est la vie.......I agree 100% with you on what the books say. I have had some of the hottest and best relations with air and fire signs. The thing with air and fire I still am friends with them. With water relations we cannot even talk to each other. I know go figure. *sigh*

@ Klover_Fish: Based on my personal experiences... including my Sag dad and Pisces mom... the male archer and female fish doesn't work anywhere near as well as the other way around. Nonetheless, after being divorced for over two decades and each having been remarried at least once in that time, they still have yet to make a clean break from each other.
One thing that looking into this combo has made me recognize is the similarity in the core the values of the two signs, but also how differently they apply those values to their everyday lives. For example, every Pisces and Sag I've known wants to change the world... or at least the parts of the world that affect them. But where the archer is willing to play the system's game (to an extent) in order to challenge it directly (see: Jay-Z, Jim Morrison, Tyra Banks), the fish wants to start a grass roots revolution (see: Erykah Badu, Saul Williams, Common early in his career).
A lot of ideological conflicts between my Sag and I used to arise from this... I saw her need to go to every new club and social event as her being superficial and she saw my unwilliness to compromise my ideals as being stubborn and defeatist. But things have gotten much easier since we recognized the power we'll have to bring people together once we reach our respective goals.

Awww I'm a sag and I just started dating a Pisces guy... it's going extremely well. Hopefully it will last! Who knows. I thought I'd never get along with one of you fishes lol. 🙂

My Sag "friend" and I must have at least a dozen hooks and arrows in each other at this point... it's crazy because we know we're probably not right for each other. Keepin' it real... I'm only saying "probably" because my heart doesn't want to admit what my head already knows... corny as that sounds. Yet we can't seem to leave each other alone.

I wouldn't feel right about it knowing the archer and I have created a chemistry that's stronger than both of us.
She's moving back to Florida soon though. But it's only a matter of time before she's back up here to visit her mom. And then... who knows?
If nothing else, I learned that no two signs are inherently compatible or incompatible. Every astrology site says that Pisces and Sagittarius will not work. Yet you don't have to look very hard around here to find people talking about what these signs are capable of together... although I say this as the result of a Pisces-Sag union myself 😄
I'm not looking for advice, but feel free to comment anyway.
