too much pisces in my chart

i am very pissed off with my chart. there is too much planets in pisces which makes me not very balanced . what can I do to offset these influences.

i would have preferrd to have a mercury in aquarius which give better and faster thinking than mercury in pisces which give only better imagination and it restrict my organizational ability and make me too dizzy nin my thinking. i like my mars in virgo which give ability to do detail physical and intellectual work but it restricts my ability to get more sex since it make me too cautious with girls. My moon in pisces makes me too cool and restrained. My jupiter in taurus is ok since it may help my potentiasl to get rich and acquire material things

On a more serious note...Calwes -- you are who you are and you are perfect just the way you are. What you need to do now is learn to accept that. You have many wonderful qualities and you can use them in many ways...your adventure is to explore the "hidden" treasures that you possess within and let them out for the world to see. We don't always get what we want...but, we do get what we need.

It was plain and pure discrimination with the promotion. I have Two degrees ( an undergrad and post grad) and three professional accounting qualifications . This guy had only an undergrad degree. It was just that I was too quiet. And this gemini guy liked to kiss ass and carry news on those he seem as competitor and was good at self promotion. But most pisces liked my self hate to get power at any cost.( leave that to the more unscrupulous signs like scorpio, capricorn, gemini etc)

When I went to my boss above the boss responsible for the promotion, he asked me why I want not given the promotion instead of the other guy, I was so pissed off at this question, that I replied "May be because I was not egotistical enough". I later i heard from my current boss his opinion of me, when he said thatfrom my reply, if It was an interview instead of a discussion I would not have passed. Thankfully I left the government because of the disciminatory behaviour , and every interview in the private sector I entered, I was successful which tell me I may have what it takes to compete.
