This is an incredible book about healing your body by changing consciousness. It is our thoughts that create dis-ease in our bodies - she shares with the reader her own story of healing herself and guides one through the process of changing thought patterns. There is also a section in the book taken from her book - Heal Your Body where you can find the correlation between dis-eases you may have had or are now having and the probable causes. I will take some examples from her list -
Allergies - (probable cause) Who are you allergic to? Denying your own power. (New thought Pattern) The world is safe and friendly. I am safe. I am at peace with life.
Bronchitis - (probable cause) Inflamed family environment. Arguments and yelling. Sometimes silent. (New thought pattern) I declare peace and harmony within me and around me. All is well.
Colds - (pc) Too much going on at once. Mental confusion, disorder. Small hurts. "I get three colds every winter." type of belief. (ntp) I allow my mind to relax and be at peace. Clarity and harmony are within me and around me. All is well.
Sinusitis - (pc) Irritation to one person, someone close. (ntp) I declare peace and harmony indwell me and surround me at all times. All is well.
