Drunk, tipsy or sober?!

When is sex the BEST? Is it when 1 or both people are DRUNK, TIPSY or SOBER?! (Whether it's with someone you're in a relationship with, a F buddy or complete stranger)

Personally, I think sex is best when you're drunk ONLY when you're having it with someone you're not really all that into. "Beer goggles" come out when 1 or both people are drunk ;~P Everything is bound to feel "great" if you're completely wasted! All standards & expectations go out of the door! Plus, people can bring out their hidden animal/aggression when they're drunk. And aggressive sex is always awesome!

I think sex is best when you're tipsy ONLY when it's had during a time when you haven't been sexed in a long time. (Take into consideration that everybody's definition of "a long time" is different). Ya know what I mean...when a woman/man hasn't gotten any "cuddy" in a long time, everything will feel great & almost virgin-like simply b/c they haven't had it in so long. Not having sex in a long time & then all of the sudden having it kind of gives off the illusion that the sex is better than it really is, persay both people were sober.

I think sober sex is the best when it's had with someone you already care for AND when it's had with someone whose already what you'd consider "good" in the bedroom.

What do you guys think?

Im not into drunk sex at all, I like to remember what I did when I wake up in the morning. And when im drunk I tend to fall asleep on the guy, which they dont seem too impressed with lol

To me sober sex is always the best sex, maybe a glass of wine to feel more relaxed if it's someone new, but then again if you do not feel comfortable enough to sleep with the person sober, then in my opinion you shouldnt really be doing it.

I did have sex while on Ecstasy once, and though I dont really recommend taking drugs it was the best sex ever! Nothing has ever came close to that experience.

HA! That's EXACTLY what I heard. I heard that taking ecstacy & having sex afterwards is the WORST thing someone can do. They say that sex while on ecstacy is SO great that you'll NEVER again experience anything like it sober. Almost like how those on drugs are always craving that very "1st high" they got when they 1st tried a drug; it's a "high" that will NEVER again come back.

A girl I went to college with complains all the time that she wishes she NEVER took ecstacy. She took it with her boyfriend at the time & claimed that the sex was the best she's ever had. Problem is, while yes the ecstacy gave her the time of her life temporarily, she's constantly complaining that it ruined her sex life with her man. Now every time she has sex with him, it's almost like he sucks! BUT, not b/c he sucked prior to them taking ecstacy. No, it's moreso that once something is SO great, we naturally want to keep experiencing that same feeling over & over again, and since that's impossible, it almost turns you off completely to the specific sexual act you did while on the pill. HA! Her boyfriend was what she considered "good" in bed before they took that pill, BUT NOW, she's fallen for the illusion that he sucks. It's not that he literally sucks, BUT she's comparing how he "feels" now to how he did when they were both high on ecstacy. Problem is, there is NO comparison!

I agree. Sober sex is great too, considering I'm only HOPING AND PRAYING that most people are sober most of the times they have sex with someone. Eek, I'd HOPE that the only people who regularly have sex while drunks are the alcoholics only ;~/ Everybody else should be having and/or enjoying sex on a sober stomach, sheeesh!

I think it all comes down to WHO the sex is with. If you're having a few drinks with your exclusive partner, sometimes drunk sex is just as amazing; after all, there's not really the same amount of danger in forgetting what you did the night before IF you did it with someone you see all the time/live with vs. a complete stranger who might take advantage of you or perhaps even hurt you. I'd hope that my man would be just as respectful & awesome in bed whether we were both drunk or not.

Sometimes the best sex is when 2 people who are in a relationship, have a few drinks in them. It's not the alcohol that sometimes makes it a better experience. No, it's the extra aggression, passion, lust & guts that alcohol gives certain people when consumed. Sometimes alcohol brings out the inner animal in those who are otherwise too shy or too resevered to just "let it all hang out/go."

Some of the guys I know told me that women seem to be more likely to get more "freaky" when they're drunk. And of course for the man, that's ALWAYS a win/win and/or GOOD thing! Hmm

I don't have a favorite. I love sex. As long as I'm getting some on regular basis then I'm happy.

Also, I never could relate to wanting to have sex while rolling. Ecstasy has NEVER made me feel like engaging in it. The best way I can describe it is that I get a "God complex". Not necessarily meaning that I suddenly become a narcissist but... it's more or less that I am consumed with this feeling of universal love for everyone and I often find myself seeing the people around me as my family; kindred spirits. I just wanna scoop everyone up and take them under my wing as if they were my children. It kinda sucks that no one else seemed to get it. But anyway... sex. I'm a huge fan.

HA! Welp, they say that alcohol sometimes gives people "liquid courage" or some kind of aggressive kick. But there's aggressiveness in a GOOD/freaky way & then there's aggressiveness in a "Dammit, you ruined the moment!" kinda way! I've seen some couples get drunk & go from being ready to sex eachother up to all of the sudden starting to fight/argue & use this time as a way to discuss issues in the relationship. BAD Move!

I can be happy with both tipsy and sober sex. Drunk sex can be too sloppy and I just can't get too into it when I am drunk so it is all on the man to take care of things. 😛

I have to say that when I am tipsy I feel a bit more daring like K brought up but I am still in control and able to contribute and handle myself well. It makes me feel more comfortable and able to let go a bit more.
Now sober sex is just fine too and when you are already comfortable with someone you don't really need alcohol.
I have had it all these ways and like Ninjamu I enjoy sex so all is good but I would like to remember it...lol. 😉

I usually am sober when having sex. Sex is a drug in itself and best enjoyed when sober. Had super sex when drunk too though. I just don't think you can enjoy all those tingly little moments when your alcohol numbs your nerve ends.

I prefer sober sex as well. I don't like drunk sex although I maybe turned on drinking makes me sleepy so if I am having drunk sex no matter how good I may fall asleep. Also for some drinking makes them a little numb so if a woman takes a while to orgaism already then drunk sex could mean longer sex (not better) plus alchol dries out the body which means maybe even painful sex

I prefer sober sex and if you wait like two weeks to be abstinent and then get cuddy even better LMFAO 😉
