when married people go on and on about their happy/sad family life with you without showing any interest in your SINGLE's life, and on top of that not even wanting you to meet someone nice, how do you deal with that? it's like here you are single sitting and forced into thinking about their married life because of all the information they shared with you. like your only job is to keep up-to-date with their lives and be there as a venting board for them. okay, i know people will say why do you let them share, but some people have the knack of not letting anyone talk, or dismiss when somebody starts to talk, or simply you are not the sharing type so you end up listening.
