Now, most importantly, don't be arrogant. Don't throw my question away as if it is illogical and stupid...
Because it is not and it is extremely important to everyone, people need to step out of their little boxes and look around...

http://scienceblogs.com/startswithabang/2010/06/how_many_planets_are_out_there.php

They have found, definitely, 306 new extra-solar planets, including 5 systems with multiple planets. Unlike previous searches, most of the planets that Kepler found are Neptune-sized (the smallest gas giant in our Solar System) or smaller!

That's very, very promising! But they've left us with the ultimate teaser: they are withholding data -- for a year -- on 400 particularly juicy candidates!

What did they find? Are they Earth-sized planets? Are they planets in the habitable zones around their stars? Are they "just barely" detections, and they want to get some more data?

If we assume that each one is a planet, that brings us to 706 planets around 100,000 stars. Since our galaxy has around 200 billion stars, we can figure out that there ought to be -- wait for it -- at least 1.4 billion planets in our galaxy!

And that, mind you, is a lower limit, as this only will see planets orbiting edge-on to their stars! But it's the biggest lower limit we've ever been able to set, and you're among the first to know!

With this knowledge we must KNOW that there is more life than us out there.

Our planet is very young compared to the universe.
This means that other civilizations must have built up and became much much more evolved than us.
Being that spirituality is the next step in our evolution(proven) the other life forms must be much more advanced on a spiritual level.

So, does Jesus save them?
or
Are the billions of planets filled with life just devils that will go to hell and we humans are the only life in the entire universe that are sooo angelic that we are deserving of eternal bliss or the ability to go to heaven?

I think it would be most logical to say that some of them have already well surpassed our knowledge of spirituality and are likely born with a much stronger innate understanding of spirituality than us.

Maybe some see all dimensions instead of 3.

Oh, and ghosts don't exist either, I always come up with something and hear about it later only to be let down that I wasn't the first to think of it.
I cannot find the video but ghosts are nothing more than energy from our same realm of existance

I noticed something.
Spiritual enlightenment is bliss = Ignorance is bliss.

Yet, the newest and most developed part of the human brain is the place where spirituality comes from and not all spiritual bliss comes from ignorance.
The easiest paths do but they don't stick as well and don't usually offer as much.
We have two brains, not 1 and so any true path must involve not only magical/creative/imagination but also mathmatical/logical/real approaches.

Yin and Yang yo.

If they've heard The Good News, and turned away from it, they will not be saved.

I lurk on christian forums sometimes, and all of the argue over the word ... argue over who is right in their interpretation of the word.

So the good news isn't really good to hear .... theories won't save you, and that's all it is for if it were solid, there would be no room or debate .. however, theories are open for argument.

Which means .. it isn't word, it's theory.
