JEHOVAH'S WITNESS

I have a gf whose mother is in the hospital with a mass on her brain and her lung. I know that this religion does not believe in blood transfusions, christmas, birthday etc.

But what I don't know is:

What are their beliefs about death?

Do hey believe that they are going to heaven as christians do?

Do they believe in life after the death?

Also to their belief anyone (none JW) are gentile, you figure it out!

Shaks is right on their beliefs, it's amazing how much you pick up from these people by just being associated through relatives.


They believe their bodies will return to dust as where they were created from and their souls go back to God (Jehovah)awaiting the resurrection.

And that is the biggest difference between other religions and JW'S "they believe they will live on earth not in heaven"

Even the model pray... Our father says "Thy Kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven"

Romanticizing the drama of death, right..? Nobody came thru from the death and already everybody talking about the Eden and after life.

Hell and heaven is right before your eyes, right here, you??ll need to open your eyes and see the truth.

Jehovah witnesses believe that there will be paradise right here on earth.....they dont believe in heaven or hell...they dont believe that god will send anyone to hell.....sin itself will burn in the lake of fire.

Alot of people aren't interested in finding out more about their beliefs they just like to spout of things they have heard second hand from others that know NOTHING! One of the most common assumptions I've heard is that JW's dont believe in Jesus Christ and they say this because of the use of Jehovah's name & the fact they dont celebrate his birthday (Christmas) which of course isn't true.

But one thing I've found is that everything they say & everything that you are curious of they will answer and will back it up through scriptures of theirs or anyone's holy bible.

as I said to me it sounded like LDS but I could give a flying fuck less if it sounds like JC superstar or Mohamed or who ever its all fairytails anyway.

can you now, it depends on the subject religion isn't a area of interest. I look at all the shit that happens in the name of gods and say what if they were never made up.

religions without a violent history? Maybe Budist you tell me which ones don't have a violent history. As for Random generalisations. how about the three we lov christians, Jews, Muslims. all of them at one time or another has tried to wipe out the rest. My religion only ask you to keep your beer in a dark place.

All i can say about these people is they are annoying!!! AND TO BE HONEST EVERY RELIGION HAS IT'S FLAWS! No one religion is better then the other and to this day some humans don't really understand their own religion, if they have one are not🙂

Think of it this way...

Back in the days when Noah was told to build the ark he without question did as he was told and this took numerous years in order to accomplish. Obviously people would have been laughing at him and poking fun and telling him he was wasting his time. What an idiot building this huge boat which would've spanned several football fields in length. Also while doing so witnessing to people his undevoted love for his God... How many people tried to get on board when the hour came— How many will try desparately when the hour comes again—? So poke fun all you like, but they have a job to do and their undevoted love for their God will see them through!!

They may be way to annoying but all you have to say is sorry I'm not interested and they go away...til next time. What's wrong with people today that you cant be pleasant and realise that some do what they do because they have/want to— I suppose you swear and curse at telemarketers too because they are so damn annoying!!!!

No matter how much you swear and curse at these guys they will just politely retreat and not offer back...picture that in your head! **shakes head**
