iPad mini photo uploads

Just trying here... Would really appreciate anybody who could advise me?
I am on an iPad mini, and I am trying to upload an image to my dxp profile from a photo i have taken with the ipad, but I'm struggling...
I have tried shrinking the pic first just in case but it's still no go...
Any tips at all? I am EXTREMELY technologically ignorant, so if you like a challenge- I am here!

I think DXP is rather sensitive to the speed of the connection and the size of the picture lol. How small did you shrink it down to?

Like I'm capped right now and when things are that slow for some reason it just won't register any uploads.

You may be right about the connection and cap thing though....
But it's in a plan with everything else sooo, not sure.

If I use my work computer and shrink pics then it uploads. Just not from this piece of tech. I wanted to put up a pic of my birds enjoying their evening snack lol
Frustrating thing is, I can't transfer pics to my work comp from here. =\ oh well

😢 I guess you could try the 320x240 when using tiny pic but that sorta defeats the purpose of sharing the picture!! Otherwise patience! 😛 iTunes that bitch up when you get home and share a bigger picture lol

hmm well it's like the software that should've came with the iPad and basically syncs up your computer and your iPad as a way to transfer the photos.

Otherwise, how are you connecting to the internet with the iPad? Is it with a phone SIM card or are you using wireless? Because I reckon you ccould probably e-mail it and then try to upload it on the work comp.

Is wireless... There is something called ICloud and it is something to do with syncing...
But the registering was confusing, so I gave up.
If I use iPhoto and edit the pic I can email but if I try to email the raw image it never transfers the file.
Holy moly, I am so stunted with this stuff.

Is okay, I will play around with it and get it figured somehow.
Should I open my iTunes? Will there be something on there that will point me in the right direction?

There should be a settings wizard to get it all running it'll let you set up which folders you want to sync but I think most of it is automatic and once you hit the sync button it should just do it all automatically.

Haven't used itunes for a while now but it should still be the same.

iCloud is a good one too, it stores everything online much like dropbox or skydrive if you've heard of it but yeah I agree setting it up is a pain in the ass but once it's set up it should give you easy access to files whereever you go 😄
