Am I a Scorpio actually?

I'd say you are both.. and it's very blessed to be born on the cusp because you have the sensitivity of both libra and intensity of scorpio. It is a very compassionate placement. 21st sounds like Libra to me, but if there's loads of Scorpio placements then that may explain the mystique.

I am a super jealous prick (I just don't say) and I haven't got into any relationships before. In my school years, my used-to-be school mates (well actually to think of it we weren't not that close) commented that I was behaving as if, looking for a husband.
In defense, I would say that I am looking for smart man. Man, is the word. Boys or uncivilized guys who swear vulgarities 24/7 is a total TURN-OFF for me. I seem to have a few levels of criteria. I remembered once my ex-colleague (a Sagittaurus) was trying to date me. He was so persistent that I had to block off his number permanently. No offense to all Sagittaurus.
I was interested in a few guys before but they seem so unattainable. Either (a) they are too popular or (b) I am not on par with them.
