I read these forums all the time, and I suppose I am adding to the plethora of threads regarding Scorpio men and their flirtatious ways...
Anyway, I have been friends with this Scorp for a few years, we are both performers, and at one time he was married, and unavailable. I actually never had any sort of attraction to him - initially. Some months go by, and we are working on a project, and I mention something about being propositioned by married men, and joked, "if he were hot enough, I'd do it." Of course, I didn't really mean this, but the my Scorp friend seemed really intrigued, and I found that interesting, but never commented on it. After a while, we started hanging out, and at this time, he was going through a separation/divorce. We started seeing shows together, and he would constantly make strange remarks. One example is when we, by chance were watching a romantic comedy together, he mentioned that "he would like to find a prince charming". And later that night, he proceeded to mention that he was propositioned "by a gay guy, asking him how large he was". I just found all this stuff so unnecessary. Obviously, he is trying to tell me something.
We ended up performing in another show again at my prompting, and there are just lots of comments w/sexual innuendos, touching, attentiveness, and just looking for excuses to hang out. Yet, sometimes in the presence of others, there is aloofness, and talking about "women". He also seems to be jealous of another friend of mine, and actually yelled at him once when I gave him too much attention.
However, it seems at other times he and my other mutual friend are very friendly, and secretive. What the hell is going on? Is this guy a player? I think he obviously likes the attention, and I have not been overly receptive to it - but what is he doing? Is he and my mutual friend flirting, and have something going on, and I am just the object they use to make each other jealous? I am curious, because I actually like this guy as a friend, but if he is just being friendly and flirting with me for ulterior motives I would drop him like a hot potato.
This guy was married to a woman, and yes, I dismissed a lot of comments as due to his being comfortable with me...but after a while it started to seem a little more than that, and just other things too with intimate touching. Just comments a normal "straight" guy wouldn't say. I think he might be confused. Oh well.
