Well would u believe the cappy friend has asked me whether he could go Paris with me!!!..as some of you know, we've been friends for 7 months, get on brilliantly, fight, argue, speak a lot, mutual admiration on every front, but Paris of all places as a first meeting? whats cooking?...I mean, thats a bit full on for a first meeting isn't it..and HE asked me. So we are now trying to make bookings etc..He also said that he wants us to do a lot of mini breaks away together. I said are you being serious cos I don't believe you, to which he replied, I wouldn't have suggested it if I wasn't serious.
Ufff..Branh..Why does it always resort to sex with you..can't you just be my shopping buddy? I could do with open, honest critical advise with regards to my attire.."no love, that dress looks f**kn awful on you!..
Wheres the fun in that?!!!..getting laid has to be earnt..so that means you must endure hours and hours of painstaking clothes shopping..oh and that involves me going into the cubicle and trying it on as well..so what you saying?
MM got to paris and have a good time. I have always wanted to go to Paris. They say that is the city to fall in love all over again. Well in your case you will probably fall in love....LOL...Have a safe trip
I think that sounds great. If he asks you to go with him, then he gotta be interested in you. Maybe he has a lil challenge with you and that makes you more fascinating to him. I am also fascinated of guys that are both strong and not that easy to get 🙂
Gallerie Lafayette is a great place for shopping. Personally I liked to walk a lot there to see as much as I could and also going by metro (underground) there was just great.
"But then again I've always viewed France as overrated. Just a bunch of overally arrogant snobs who thrive on trying to be as fancy as possible. I'd personally go to Spain over France though."
Branh, I just love Spain! I've been there 7 times and I'm sure I'll be going there again soon.
I don't care about the politics in Spain. I love the culture and the people over there. The weather is great and the country is overall beautiful.
I've been to Asia too, I love Asia, it's very beautiful there. I've been in just one place in North America. I gotta see New York.. 🙂
As a European, I think there are great places everywhere. I love travelling in Europe but I could go travelling to every continent, coz there are just great places to discover everywhere around the world.
AB I did say it, I have heard that for many years and I always wanted to go there and see I thought about going on my honeymoon but then I would already be in love. So I will have to go after I have been married for about 5 years and see if I will fall in love with my husband all over again...LOL
Thanks guys..I have been to Spain quite a lot, although I wouldn't ever get bored, I thought I would try Paris for a change..I really want to visit all the famous landmarks and I love the cobbled streets and the whole cafe culture..Oooh la la..So am really looking forward to it...and if love blossoms then even better!..I definitely won't be saying "voulez vous couchez avec moi"..
I have to go back and visit Real Madrid and Barca FC football grounds though..mwah!..love football..
I love Europe..Portugal has great beaches..Especially the Algarve..Athens is another city I would love to go to..Acropolis..wow..need to see that..I love exploring, seeing new things, adventures, active holidays..not a beach bum.. I do want to go New York for shopping also..but not yet..
Before I went to Canada I was going to see the Grand Canyon..but it kind of never materialised..I was a bit freaked out about people being so overly friendly in Canada..but the tour guide assured me they were only friendly to tourists..lol..I wouldn't mind going to Vancouver though..thats what Canada is all about..oh and the Rockies..damn I am on the wrong board..need to be on Travel or something..
London rocks though..I love living in London..Nobodys friendly, unless u get to know us..not saying thats a good thing but who needs fake "hello's" in that annoying screechy way..Theres always something to do, something to see..I am an avid theatre fan so always amused..
Lol @ antibling..I am a scorpio I can be anything you want me to be..but I am not easily influenced..I am ultra feminine but ultra masculine at the same time..can that be done? well of course..we can do anything.. You should defo check out Canada..amazing place..so much open space..I went to Toronto for 4 days and then my lovely canadian friend drove me for 6 hours..6 hours!!! (thats nothing to them) to Montreal where we spent 6 days..lovely place..sooo gorgeous..Went on the CN Tower, woah that lift thingymajig goes up so quick your ears pop..but cool experience to see the whole city before your eyes at that height and at night too..went to the hockey stadium, Niagra falls - Wow..amazing..There was thing called Maids of the Mist..where you go right into the falls..its fab..also did a helicopter ride over niagra..that was quite sickening but great experience..always wanted to do a helicopter ride..great value for money..everythings half price..but actually when you do your maths, it equates back to similar prices here..so not that many savings..apart from makeup..but you won't need to worry about that..
SB..I would love to do six months trekking across asia..my friend did and he's had the time of his life..I think I will do that with a partner..I really want to go Thailand..not only to see the aftermath of Tsunami (not that theres much of that left) and to go to that place in the film The Beach..like WOW!!!!..and I really want to go Bali..damn I will shut up..I could just go on forever..I am freedom loving, I need to take off...I is a freespirit..
We are starting in Stressa (I think that's how it's spelled). We are going to a wedding. Then after the wedding we are taking the Eurail down through the country. We are suppose to have the whole itinerary within the next few weeks, then I can be more specific.
Thailand is a lovely place. People are very friendly there. Beautiful beaches.. I also love Philippines. That's a paradise to a tourist but not really nice to see how people there suffer. But very beautiful landscape.
If you love art and historical places, I recommend Rome. I still wanna go back there... Unless you have been there already.. Some people don't speak or understand much English. They didn't understand even "Post office", but I remembered what it was in Italian and then they told me the right direction 🙂
Hey babe..No I haven't been to Rome yet..but I am planning on going sometime soon..Rome is full of history, Art, religion..everything that I love..I am going to Venice & Florence in September hopefully..but lets just get Paris out of the way first..
So you care about religion too.. One of the most memorable moments of my life was visiting the Saint Peter's Cathedral in Vatican. That was a very emotional moment for me. I wish you the best for your trip to Paris and also I hope your partner will behave himself and I hope he definitely will surprise you in a good way this time 😉
Why thank you madam!..lol..Yep I do care about religion..its the only way I achieve peace..I am restless most of the time..Thinking I can make the world a better place blah blah..this is the only time I am at one with myself and god..
This will be my first trip outside of the US. For all you Europeans, do you know where the Eurail (did I spell that right?) goes through Italy? What cities will I go through? Like I said, I should get the itinerary soon, but I would still like to start studying up for the trip. I want to read about the history of the cities and the spots I need to check out.
I live in Las Vegas, but I have been to NYC. It is a beautiful city. I've spent some time in California. In fact, we are going to Disneyland in June. It will be my sons first time. He is 6. It'll be my 4th. I've also been to New Orleans twice. THAT is a city of romance for me. The architecture, the history, the culture, and the people!! My heart went out to them after Katrina. But, I can't wait to get back!
Switzerland looks beautiful..Quite fancy the whole snow-capped mountains, and open log fires in some chalet..yum...now thats romantic..freezing your b**ls off and then huddling up to each other..awww
"New Orleans is the city of romance? You have to be kidding me? That is the city you go to when you want some easy sex. Romance? My goodness, you must not be an American. Trust me, I know my fathers family is from New Orleans and they will say the same thing I just said."
Branh you are such an ass!! I said for ME!!! I found it romantic. And yes, I am an American. Don't knock it unless you've been there. It was so beautiful if you knew what to look for. Just like some European countries I've heard of. Also, I'm sure there is easy sex there, but then again I live in Las Vegas. No different than here. I'm sure your fathers family would also say New Orleans is a city full of culture and music. That's what I went to find, and I found tons of it.
PLEASE, I would rather visit New Orleans than your bedroom anyday!!!!!
Fun and Class in france= Cannes, AxEn Provence and soem parts of the French riviera. For fashion anydya it is Italy (espcially Milano)..no i find Parisians over rated.Yes the Champs Alysee si worth it.
The scorp opinions please..
