how do i know what kind of scorpio iam

iam need to this site and have a question about what kind of scorpio iam i was born 10/28/82, when i read into my sign i see alot that true about me ! but i just dont understand all the types and moons ? any suggestions are welcome

You can start studying the whole thing.
First register (for free) on astro.com, then look at the Free Horoscopes, then Extended Chart Selection and do your own natal chart by entering the data as accurately as possible.
There are other sites where you can learn basic info, ex. Cafeastrology.com.
Don't be shy if google (enter all terms you don't yet understand, ex. "astrological moon")

Sorry skipped a step, in Free Horoscopes you choose Horoscope Drawings and Calculations, then the Extended Chart
Google for "astrology glyphs" to start understanding the signs
