Scorpio Man or Woman - Do you smoke, chew or snuff?

Chew?
Snuff?
Cigarettes?
Cigar?
Pipe?

I personally have smoked Camel cigarettes for over 25 years.

Occasionally smoke a pipe - have several Italian, Danish and French pipes in my small collection.
Favorite Tobaccos are Blue Note, Da Vinci (mixed with chianti wine) and Black Maui.

Tobaccos (current favorites)
Da Vinci A blend of light Virginia grades combined with Black Cavendish. Infused with Tuscan red wine. Has a very pleasant aroma.

Blue Note Mild golden Virginia's that possesses a naturally high sweetness mixed with a mild Black Cavendish. A fresh flavour of exotic fruit and a touch of Bourbon Vanilla are added.

Black Maui is a excellent blend of Green River Burley, steam cured with a pure vanilla, then toasted for extra mildness.

I've always prefer bent to straight (bing crosby type) Wouldn't mind a Bing or two

No-name
Italian mini bent billiard pipe (a favorite short smoker)
Dr Grabow? (Medium bent billiard) (picked this one up on the road in Ft Chiswell VA - it's my trucker pipe)

Special Occasion Pipes
Prebenholm - custom gnarled root bottomed free-hand Lucite stem (one of the Artisan's last pipes)
Savanelli - Duca Eraldo (medium stem bent billiard) Lucite stem

Butz Choquin - Churchwarden

Don't care for chew, snuff and cigars.

No - I play sports.

Understandable.

I drove trucks. Though I smoked a pipe before, I picked up cigarettes driving a truck. Goes well with the strong coffee.

et al,
I know it isn't healthy.

Outsiders, outcasts, loners, truckers and hermits and other such rebellious weird-ass dregs of society are prone
to smoke.

I've thought about taking up pot.

Yes, my mom is a Scorpio and smokes. It goes well with strong, black coffee🙂
She smokes those long, thin cigarettes.

My ex Scorpio smoked but that was before me.

I know couple of other Scorpio smokers too.
I think Scorpios like putting poison in their body.

GeminiCandleDelights? Is that you—??

I don't see it as poison. per se. - I am part Native American.
But too much of it can be deadly - That I will agree to.
I probably already have black lungs. It's likely too late for me.

I'm allergic to chemicals/smoke and so it is my mortal enemy. But then, I'm Virgo Moon, and allergic to pretty much anything unnatural. The idea of smoke around small children makes me lash out.

The thing about smoking is I can't get away, especially when it's on someone's clothing and I'm forced to deal with them as a retail person. I just want to wander off to some nicer, cleaner smelling part of the room. But no. I have to stand there. They could be the nicest person in the world, but I'm quickly developing temporary bronchitis and feeling very ill. Light-headed too, if it's too strong and I'm stuck there for too long. It's kind of hard to be pleasant. And it's "offensive" (oh poor baby) to even politely excuse myself, explaining legitimate allergies.

Campfire smoke poses no problem whatsoever. I adore little scented candles in the winter. I have no idea what "organic Indian tobacco" would do to me. Never encountered it.

Organic Indian tobacco is fine. It's the stuff with heavy metals and pesticides that is detrimental.

My Great-Grand-Dad lived to be 92. Smoked since he was 14.
He didn't drink.

Some people die of alcohol related diseases.
The list goes on and on.
Athletes have been run over by a Mack truck. It happens.

Draums, I've been exposed to more hazardous materials than you can shake a stick at. from baby food to rocket fuel to nuclear materials to good God!!, no telling what exactly will seal my fate.

Mack truck

...because it was entertaining in your other post 😆

True enough, I had a co-worker who smoked but knew I was allergic, so she took steps to keep it away from me. Just because she's super awesome and such. I liked her a lot! We'd talk some, but she was usually pretty quiet and kept most things to herself. But she had this kindness about her. And annoyance at bad customers, of whose gossip she'd share with me. ^_^ Shortly before I left working there, she learned (and I learned through her) that her husband got cancer from secondhand smoke. And he was dying from it. Dying in a way they couldn't save him. Yet she herself was perfectly healthy, save for a slightly scratchy voice (the same many famous singers share and are adored for). She was even semi-elderly and had been smoking since her teens. No health concerns for her! But the guilt coming off her, in waves, over her husband... heart-wrenching. She quit cold turkey. No use quitting for her, and too late to quit for him. She quit over the guilt.

We've lost contact, unfortunately. I miss her sometimes. I don't even know her last name, to find her.

DXP has been double-triple posting for me all week. I've begun X-ing out of a window if it's taking too long, with the assumption it's gonna do it. With someone's post smack-dab IN BETWEEN, which one do I hide?

*keeps both for annoyed hilarity purposes*

My mom and dad both remember playing with raw mercury when they were kids...as in coating pennies with it, etc. Don't forget the lead toy soldiers, lead based paint....

All understandable.
Pretty sure that if I get killed by a Mack truck, it will be the mother of my grown kids, drivin' it.
She never could drive well.

I'm to active to smoke regularly. I play a lot of sports and I like to run. But I do smoke if I'm drinking heavily or if I'm incredibly stressed. In the past month I think I've had like 7 cigarettes, which is a whole lot to me. I love the smell of cigarettes though. Weird, I know.

7 cigs That's it?
Wouldn't mind scaling it back to a number like that.

puffin the pipe as I write.
