I'm just starting to learn about my moon sign, and how important it is in astrology.
I have my moon in Scorpio. And my sun sign is Libra. A laid-back Libra with intense emotions brimming under the surface, in other words. "Still waters run deep", never rung truer.
I find my moon sign emotionally and spiritually empowering, all though overwhelming at times, and makes my Libra scales swing from time to time.
Are there anyone else with their moon in Scorpio? Or do you have someone close to you with their moon in Scorpio? What is your favourite part and least favourite part of this influence?
I'm also curious about the pairing of Scorpio moon with someone with their moon in Sagittarius. Does anyone have any experiences to share about this coupling? I feel as though the fiery Sag moon will understand the emotional intensity of the Scorpio moon, and that they will energise each other and create some hot steam. And they both seek authenticity in all things and the freedom for growth of consciousness.
But Scorpio moon is darker and give and seek Complete devotion, while the Sag moon is more concerned with freedom at all cost. Or so they say, I've started to wonder whether the Sag trait of fearing commitment is somewhat a myth, as I've started to get to know some Sags Sun Signs. Many of them are in long term committed relationships, all though maybe with no desire to marry, the ones I know are no less committed. Sags grow more mature with age.
Any thoughts on these moon signs?
I'm mostly curious as I am Libra Sun, Scorpio Moon, Scorpio Venus, Libra Mars that has just started dating another Libra Sun, Sagittarius Moon, Scorpio Venus, Leo Mars. Will we emotionally fulfil each other long term?

I don't quite know what to take from that though. You're Libra Sun, Taurus Moon? So we have the same sun sign, but opposite moon signs. And she ended up with a Scorpio placement in the end?
Well, Virgos Suns want my excitement, but don't have the stamina for Libras long term. 😉

The best and strongest bonds I had with scorpio moon females on relationship they are just my magnet and I am theirs (maybe my plutonic moon)

There was a time when we debated on her picture. I said she has a symmetrical facial figure and she argued with me against that. I wasnt like trying to insult her looks or anything but I really do think she's a good representation of her/our sign as being symmetrical. I'm symmetrical too and quite proud of it. Ain't nothing to be ashame of. Symmetrical faces tends to be attractive. She should too be proud of that aspect of her. She claims it to be disfigured or something to that extent. So if she puts up an argument with a stranger on the internet because of my opinion of her being symmetrical then I would indeed actually believe the toxic relationship with her then husband started with her.
I'm sorry to say but I think she is attractive but somehow she don't think so obviously. It's just the way she argued against it.

Toxic means, someone have lack of respect of others personal boundaries even thry aware or unaware of that. Emotional manipulation, power control, abusive behaviour.
It's mostly related to personal insecurity and lack of self esteem, bad child hood, abusive environment, even turn into narcissistic personal disorder, borderline personality disorder etc.
It's nothing to do with symmetrical faces or body whatsoever.
Simply these people have defficulties with their relationship and you can trace that back to their previous ones and shows up in different places in their past. They might be badly hurt or betrayed by some partner or parents, abandoned etc and they cant live in healthy relationship other than they try to control that in order to keep their protection as main priority on the cost of thry eventually loose everything as no one tolerante to push those personal boundaries out. It's turning to an endless fighting pattern with loosing trust if each other eventually, and get abusive, domestic violence etc. Scorpio moon prone to this due their sensitivity and dark pessimistic nature of this placement. Thry knows life can't be trusted, thry try to make sure they are in charge while this actually gives a destructive result every and each time. On the contrary they seek protection and stability which they jeopardise by trying to take control so it's gives the opposite result in total.
In my current relationship my partner has scorpio moon in 8th house she has this tendencies as well and we fought a lot over. It's my patient and loyal nature I didn't left also because it's an opportunity for her to leave these insecurities behind and I believe she can do that with me. At least I try. Exhausting, draining but in the same time toughen up in some degree so it can be beneficial in some sense if you not running away from stress

Yes could appear something less asymmetric but never symmetric. Nature simply doesn't like it 🙂 if you look into physics it's explains in bigger picture. It's suggest underlying symmetry however those symmetries are only abstract. Edward Witten has a nice paper on symmetry and emergence explains what symmetry he consider fundamental in nature and what are emergent. Yeah I believe any Scorpio placements is a toxic one in a relationship. Scorpio moon coupled with a Scorpio rising I would imagine that's a disaster waiting to happen. I feel sorry for whoever the next man in line for wiseblood.

Firstly, I don't agree with one placement being toxic in of itself - surely it is the combination of the placements of person A with the placements of person B, that creates toxicity? Or maybe that has more to do with other aspects of a person's life, and not their astrological chart at all. There's astrological placements rubbing each other the wrong way, being polar opposites or not being able to communicate with each other, and then there's toxicity and abuse, right?
Hmm, a lot of very dark descriptions of Scorpio Moon placement. Why is there so much focus on dark aspects? Intensity of emotion is also in regard to lust for life, fun and adventure seeking. Devoted love, loyalty, transformation etc. A Scorpio moon for me is not solely about darkness and heavy moods, it's about emotional bravery, no matter which emotion. People in our lives benefit from this, - I enrich the lives of the people I love and whom love me. Many people want to go where I go, but they haven't got the stomach for it. Don't be mad at something you don't understand either. 😉
Personally, I have a hard time relating to most of the dark descriptions here. Maybe my other placements make me more sweet tempered and tender and more in control, as you say, Sheever. My Libra Sun is strong, even if I have a lot of Scorpio in my chart.
If I’m to analyse how I feel my Scorpio Moon has affected my relationships, I’d say:
I don’t always understand my own emotions, so I won’t ask that of someone else either.
I do have trust-issues, but not regarding fidelity, it’s more I don’t trust easily to let someone get under my skin easily. I’m not easily impressed either, so … “come harder, this won’t be easy”. 😉 Show me you’re special and I’ll make you feel special. 😉
My trust-issues does not correlate to possessiveness, jealousy or controlling behaviour. I’ve always thought that I would be “easy” to cheat on, if the bastard was so inclined. In the sense that I don’t go through a man’s phone looking for things, controlling his every move, checking up on him all the time. I think that’s disrespectful. I have nothing to hide, and I choose to trust that the one I’m with doesn’t either. My intuition would pick up on it anyhow. I’ve sensed warning signs immediately before.
I feel my Scorpio Moon gives me depth, intuition and emotional bravery (that many are envious of). I'm passionate, hard-core romantic and intense, but not all that possessive. Honestly. I don't mind a partner to be a little emotionally possessive of me though, maybe that’s how it comes to light in me. Maybe I feel secure in that. I don’t know. I like the passion. I like to be devoured. 😉 But, don't control my every move and be clingy. I suffocate easily. Girl needs her space. If a man “pesters” me like that, even if he’s only being sweet – I’ll blow cold air at him.
I give my partner space and trust as well. No point in being in a relationship if you don’t feel comfortable with that. If he gives me my space, I’ll be all about him when we do spend time together. He’ll have my undivided attention and I might even be a little too intense then, for some, occasionally. I can be a lot of woman for one man. I have a lot of energy. I can be quite intense about life in general.
I feel as though what I relate to the least is the description of jealousy. I've had several instances in life where I've thought: I think it would be normal to be jealous now, how come I'm not? I feel insulted, and disrespected, but not jealousy or envy.
I know what I have to offer, and I have a great belief in romance and DESTINY. I won't share my partner, and nor will I fight for a man's attention. How “low-class”. 😉 If you respect yourself, you should always have a sense of decorum about these things. I’d obviously be hurt, but I channel my intense emotions into something that brings me LIFE. Other than that, I’d be more baffled than jealous. 😉
Am I controlling, hmm. I’m more controlling about my work actually. In relationships, I can use charm to manipulate. Who doesn’t? Sometimes we know our lover is manipulating us - and it’s okay. Everything is relative. And I do tend to test men, to see how authentic they are. But hey, what’s the point of being a woman if you can’t utilise your charm like that? 😉 Again, it’s relative.
I don’t care for manipulation as in playing games with each other. If a man plays games, I get bored within Nano-seconds. Nor do I play games with men. That is not where the excitement lies for me. I want the all-consuming deep dive into each other. (At the same time as it yes, terrifies me). A man like that wouldn’t be able to keep up with me. I’m going places, I’m diving into life. You can dilly-dally around on your own time! 😉 If you like me, let it be known or I’ll forget you in a weeks’ time. I have other admirers. I feel very free-spirited and independent, in this regard.
And I love a man than can tease me and banter with me, and that can, in a respectful way be assertive and let me know when I’m wrong. I don't feel threatened at all. Purrrrr. 😉
Insecure? I mean, I’m human, but not insecure about who I am. Other people’s words can easily hurt me though, and I’m resentful about old pain.
Short tempered, no. Slow boiling volcano, and I rarely get angry like that. However, I don’t think people like having me as their opponent, my anger isn’t loud, but it’s cutting.
And in more challenging times I have been self-destructive, due to self-doubt. Can’t escape self-doubt when I’m Libra Sun as well as Scorpio Moon. :/
I don’t know whether this gives a more nuanced perception of Scorpio Moons, or if I’m just a lighter version?

Firstly, I don't agree with one placement being toxic in of itself - surely it is the combination of the placements of person A with the placements of person B, that creates toxicity? Or maybe that has more to do with other aspects of a person's life, and not their astrological chart at all. There's astrological placements rubbing each other the wrong way, being polar opposites or not being able to communicate with each other, and then there's toxicity and abuse, right?
Hmm, a lot of very dark descriptions of Scorpio Moon placement. Why is there so much focus on dark aspects? Intensity of emotion is also in regard to lust for life, fun and adventure seeking. Devoted love, loyalty, transformation etc. A Scorpio moon for me is not solely about darkness and heavy moods, it's about emotional bravery, no matter which emotion. People in our lives benefit from this, - I enrich the lives of the people I love and whom love me. Many people want to go where I go, but they haven't got the stomach for it. Don't be mad at something you don't understand either. 😉
Personally, I have a hard time relating to most of the dark descriptions here. Maybe my other placements make me more sweet tempered and tender and more in control, as you say, Sheever. My Libra Sun is strong, even if I have a lot of Scorpio in my chart.
If I’m to analyse how I feel my Scorpio Moon has affected my relationships, I’d say:
I don’t always understand my own emotions, so I won’t ask that of someone else either.
I do have trust-issues, but not regarding fidelity, it’s more I don’t trust easily to let someone get under my skin easily. I’m not easily impressed either, so … “come harder, this won’t be easy”. 😉 Show me you’re special and I’ll make you feel special. 😉
My trust-issues does not correlate to possessiveness, jealousy or controlling behaviour. I’ve always thought that I would be “easy” to cheat on, if the bastard was so inclined. In the sense that I don’t go through a man’s phone looking for things, controlling his every move, checking up on him all the time. I think that’s disrespectful. I have nothing to hide, and I choose to trust that the one I’m with doesn’t either. My intuition would pick up on it anyhow. I’ve sensed warning signs immediately before.
I feel my Scorpio Moon gives me depth, intuition and emotional bravery (that many are envious of). I'm passionate, hard-core romantic and intense, but not all that possessive. Honestly. I don't mind a partner to be a little emotionally possessive of me though, maybe that’s how it comes to light in me. Maybe I feel secure in that. I don’t know. I like the passion. I like to be devoured. 😉 But, don't control my every move and be clingy. I suffocate easily. Girl needs her space. I give my partner space and trust as well. No point in being in a relationship if you don’t feel comfortable with that. If he gives me my space, I’ll be all about him when we do spend time together. He’ll have my undivided attention and I might even be a little too intense then, for some, occasionally. I can be a lot of woman for one man. I have a lot of energy. I can be quite intense about life in general.
I feel as though what I relate to the least is the description of jealousy. I've had several instances in life where I've thought: I think it would be normal to be jealous now, how come I'm not? I feel insulted, and disrespected, but not jealousy or envy.
I know what I have to offer, and I have a great belief in romance and DESTINY. I won't share my partner, and nor will I fight for a man's attention. Am I controlling, hmm. I’m more controlling about my work actually. In relationships, I can use charm to manipulate. Who doesn’t? Sometimes we know our lover is manipulating us - and it’s okay. Everything is relative. And I do tend to test men, to see how authentic they are. But hey, what’s the point of being a woman if you can’t utilise your charm like that? 😉 Again, it’s relative.
I don’t care for manipulation as in playing games with each other. If a man plays games, I get bored within Nano-seconds. Nor do I play games with men. That is not where the excitement lies for me. I want the all-consuming deep dive into each other. (At the same time as it yes, terrifies me). A man like that wouldn’t be able to keep up with me. I’m going places, I’m diving into life. First scorpio moon is beautiful, yo be honest I was living large part of my life with scorpio moon females and Yea they are different. I always attract to them down to the cell level because they can give me the depth, passion and intensity I have and looking for. So I admire them for that.

Ironically, altough scorpio moon itself has the psychic attributes and emotially intelligent there are other aspects can see through you, and that's when things heat up. Because you always feel the danger you to be exposed to the bottom and don't bare to hear what's there. That's why important you to choose the right partner who will not stab you, but empathic enough to see how vulnerable you are and let your confidence develop.
Make no mistakes, you have to work for it too. Understanding that Al manipulation create distrust and weakens your relationship.

I might not open up and make myself vulnerable to just anyone, but that does not conclude that I don't let anyone in or can't say, bare to face my own weaknesses to anyone. Maybe that's why I'm quite calm and easy going, even though I have my intense emotions. My Libra Scales balances me.

I'm a determined gal, I'll patiently work on getting what I want in the end. But with age (all though still young) I've become less afraid of change and letting go of the notion that I need to be in control of all aspects in my life, I have more faith in life and in destiny now - exactly through what you first wrote: "high sensitivity through pain and learning processes to appreciate quality and values in the hard way".

The notion that Scorpio Moons intensity is so heavy and the courage in experiencing emotions is the same as being emotionally unstable, as in - is a ticking time bomb if not monitored by their partner. It's coming from your lack of respect of others boundaries and insecurities as you affraid to get hurt.

I have my moon in Scorpio. And my sun sign is Libra. A laid-back Libra with intense emotions brimming under the surface, in other words. "Still waters run deep", never rung truer.
I find my moon sign emotionally and spiritually empowering, all though overwhelming at times, and makes my Libra scales swing from time to time.
Are there anyone else with their moon in Scorpio? Or do you have someone close to you with their moon in Scorpio? What is your favourite part and least favourite part of this influence?
I'm also curious about the pairing of Scorpio moon with someone with their moon in Sagittarius. Does anyone have any experiences to share about this coupling? I feel as though the fiery Sag moon will understand the emotional intensity of the Scorpio moon, and that they will energise each other and create some hot steam. And they both seek authenticity in all things and the freedom for growth of consciousness.
But Scorpio moon is darker and give and seek Complete devotion, while the Sag moon is more concerned with freedom at all cost. Or so they say, I've started to wonder whether the Sag trait of fearing commitment is somewhat a myth, as I've started to get to know some Sags Sun Signs. Many of them are in long term committed relationships, all though maybe with no desire to marry, the ones I know are no less committed. Sags grow more mature with age.
